08/11/14 Raw LD - Happy birthday, brother!

Good lord this is terrible. "For him to win, I have to lose!" How poetic! Cheap attempts at heat and pops, and once again we have the Cena reaction recipe.

And we have the typical Cena complaint. Jeez, do you guys have the same guidelines about how to criticize John Cena? Do you follow a set of rules? Is it on Bleacher Report?

Hmm.. I wonder how they will avoid having Steph vs Brie tonight..

Also I'm assuming Brock will come down during the Hogan segment and Cena will defend the Hulkster

First, I don't know why you guys say I 'continue with the loaded comment' or 'run it into the ground.' I mentioned it (along with other points) in one post last week and I mentioned it once again tonight. Is that running it into the ground. Certainly not compared to those with the opposing viewpoint.

As I mentioned in my reply to you good matches can come from those you don't expect it. In this case women. Women aren't usually involved in good stories or matches. This one is getting an unusual amount of time and with all the effort being put into it I'm hoping they have something good planned for the PPV.

You can't tell me people don't have preconceived notions about women's wrestling. I do and I read it all the time. "Time for the diva piss break." All I'm saying is this angle is getting much more effort than the usual diva angle and I expect a better result because of it. Maybe I'll be wrong but this time I'm going to wait and see before shitting on it. I think the story has been good and very few people have given a reason why it's not. Some have and they are good points. I was just asking why others had a problem with it.

I don't have an issue with it because they're women. I have issues with it because I have no reason to care about Brie Bella and I'm really not sure why they hate each other. The match could be a miracle, but when Luke Harper vs. Chris Jericho could only get five minutes last week but we sat through a ten minute Brie Bella vs. Stephanie McMahon promo (closing Raw for the second week in a row for reasons I do not comprehend), I get very tired of it very fast. I have no idea why this is being treated as the second biggest match, especially just a few weeks after Vickie Guerrero humiliated Stephanie.

We keep hearing about how this is going to be historic, though I have zero idea why and even less interest. That's my issue.

People just don't understand Cena and how he works the crowd...idiots, he's not even stale or shit

It's so juvenile, how could you not understand it? "I hear the cheers!" Obviously the crowd is going to cheer. "I hear the boos!" Again...it doesn't take a genius to know how the crowd is going to respond. Fans want to be involved. What is truly idiotic is someone thinking that is expertly puppeteering the crowd.

 Yeah, because they boo him when he says "and...there are those that boo me"...thats really "working the crowd". Thats lazy. He's just acknowledging the obvious.
