WWE has given me loads of moments of sadness. All the way from Hulk Hogan debuting to Edge retiring. Lets see...
- Owen Harts death. It never quite sank in. Hate to say this, but I compare this to a dream holiday when you can't believe your there, same applies in this situation, I couldn't believe it.
- Eddie Guerreros death. Again, couldn't sink in. More of my generation so it hurt more. It is such a shame that Eddie passed in a moment of strength, I mean, Eddie had been clean for a long time, on the right path of life, and then he left us.
- John Cena debuting.
- John Cena winning the WWE Championship.
- Shawn Michaels retiring. It was a different feeling to when EG and Owen passed. That Tombstone, I was really praying he kicked out, but you kind of knew that he wouldn't. It warms my heart (yes, I have one).
- Edge retiring. Him crying and all those WWE superstars came out to celebrate a great career. As I write this, I'm watching EC 2011 and watching him prevail in the Chamber Match against Mysterio. Only, what, 6 months ago.
- John Cena winning the World Championship for the 10th time.
- Vince McMahon (kayfabe) stepping down. I know (for now) it is a storyline, but it still felt bad. Triple H and Vinnie Mac did it well and I hope it doesn't end for real like that.
So, theres a few.
