Your most heartbraking moment in WWE history.

Arsenal 4 life

Frankie <3
Mines when Jeff Hardy missed out on the WWE championship by ONE SECOND in the championship scramble. I was the BIGGEST Hardy mark. I'm not joking I actually cried for about a day , But my favorite moment EVER was obviously Jeff winning the WWE championship.

hounorable mentions
Edges retirement speech
Jeff hardy loses wwe championship at Royal rumble.

Although there have been many heart breaking moments in and out of the ring, I'm gonna have to mention when Bobby the Brain Heenan got thrown out by Gorilla Monsoon. I was watching when that happend and I knew that an era of good commentating and managers (although he wasn't one at the time) was truely over. Gorilla Monsoon and Bobby were an awesome commentatin team, they had a chemistry that in my oppinion was way better than JR and King could ever have been...Bobby was and still is the mold many try to immitate but just can't..the only closest thing to Bobby was Ventura and he was before Bobby on the announce team. The announcers help promote the wrestlers and Bobby is the best there is and was .... sad day for me and the WWE

For me, that's an easy one, the Eddie Guerrero Memorial on Raw 11/15/05. I had not balled crying like that for days after that night. Losing probably and most arguably the most talented WRESTLER in all of wrestling history at such an early age. To this day I still check out the YouTube videos of his performances and promos to reminise and get a good laugh at all his antics. Much Love to ya, Eddie!!

Stone Cold Steve Austin losing in the finals to become the first Undisputed Champion at Vengeance 2001. Chris Jericho beat him amongst a cluster of interference from Booker T and Vince McMahon.

At the time, it was like the end of the world for me. I was a major Austin mark throughout 2000 and 2001 either as a face or heel. 2001 was HIS year and the WWF seemed like it was finally coming back to normal at the end of 2001 with the WCW/ECW invasion finally over and once again the company was returning to having ONE Wold Title.....and shock of the decade it goes to Jericho.

don't get me wrong Jericho is one of my all time favs, but like I say at the time it was absolutley heart breaking for me. I was a 13 year old avid fan at the time. Now I'm a 24 year old resentful, synical fan lol ...how times change

mine was when i was watching over the edge live her in the uk when owen hart died. i knew something was wrong straight away and when jerry lawler came back from the ring his face said it all then he said it doesn't look good then about 20 minutes later when j.r. announced he had died was one of those things that just didn't feel real or sink in and u didn't want it to be real but knew it was then the next night on raw also was very emotional too.

Eddie Guerrero's tribute show on Monday Night Raw. The comments given by the WWE Superstars in the clips they showed throughout the show brought me to tears (especially the ones given by Lilian Garcia, Triple H, Vince McMahon and Rey Mysterio)

Plus the career highlights video with the song "Here without You" by 3 Doors Down still gets me emotional every time i watch it one youtube.

Can't believe no one has mentioned when Owen Hart died, that was a heartbreaking moment the guy was destined for great things at the time of the accident and again he was young and full of life...such a loss.

Notable mentions Eddie Guerreros passing

***Apologies...it has been mentioned above as i writing this post

There is no doubt that it is when Eddie died. Watching that tribute to this day still makes me tear up. A true legend gone way to soon. I know that's cliche especially in the WWE, but that one really stings....still

I always have hard time watching wrestlers get injured. When Candice Michelle got knocked off top rope by Beth Pheonix and messed herself up pretty good there is a part where they help her up to give her some water she breaks down and says she as to lay down seeing that moment was hard for me to watch. just seeing her eyes fill up with tears before falling back down got to me

For me, the most heartbreaking moment was when Christian won the World Heavyweight Championship in the Ladder Match! You could tell that he was genuinely very happy about winning it and embracing Edge afterwards was just an amazing moment. Perhaps more heartbreaking then was Orton winning the title -.-

For me, especially, was the clip from Chris Benoit, who lost his true brother, the one he had only know and was so close to. Just makes you think of those friends that you consider family to your own heart to keep them close as those two were.

This is an easy one....As a 10 year old in April of 1990 and the biggest Hulkamaniac around, I was crushed when Hogan lost to the Warrior at Skydome - WrestleMania 6. That was probably the only time in my life I was crushed by a wrestling match.

lots of heartbreaking moments but im gonna have to say that it was owen hart's death, that was tragic, sorry, almost winning a title isnt as bad as someones death. actually i would have to say that eddie, and owens deaths were the most heartbreaking moments to ever happen in the wwf/e.

WWE has given me loads of moments of sadness. All the way from Hulk Hogan debuting to Edge retiring. Lets see...

- Owen Harts death. It never quite sank in. Hate to say this, but I compare this to a dream holiday when you can't believe your there, same applies in this situation, I couldn't believe it.
- Eddie Guerreros death. Again, couldn't sink in. More of my generation so it hurt more. It is such a shame that Eddie passed in a moment of strength, I mean, Eddie had been clean for a long time, on the right path of life, and then he left us.
- John Cena debuting.
- John Cena winning the WWE Championship.
- Shawn Michaels retiring. It was a different feeling to when EG and Owen passed. That Tombstone, I was really praying he kicked out, but you kind of knew that he wouldn't. It warms my heart (yes, I have one).
- Edge retiring. Him crying and all those WWE superstars came out to celebrate a great career. As I write this, I'm watching EC 2011 and watching him prevail in the Chamber Match against Mysterio. Only, what, 6 months ago.
- John Cena winning the World Championship for the 10th time.
- Vince McMahon (kayfabe) stepping down. I know (for now) it is a storyline, but it still felt bad. Triple H and Vinnie Mac did it well and I hope it doesn't end for real like that.

So, theres a few.

chris benoit died edge was i think the person who cried the most, i remember i could barley hear what he was saying and then he just said cut it, he couldnt speak. eddie died, owen died, those are deaths. sad moments from on tv, kurt angle getting chokeslamed from like 20 feet to concrete backstage by the big show, i remember it was the night big show lost with his career on the line, and what gave me goosebumps was the way kurts leg landed and his head was was gushing out so much blood.

another sad moment was when brock lesner nearly killed zack gowen, the guy with 1 leg. he busted him open right in front of his mom, hit him in the skull with a chair like 10 times, almost broke his only leg, and the threw him down a concrete staircase, sad moment

It has to be Eddie's Death I remember I was upset for days then the trinute show was on the there was the 10 bell's began and the flood gates opened besides that I can't remember anything in wwe making me cry I was close when shawn was walking up the ramp at WM 26

mine would have to be when HBK retired. He has been my fav guy since I was Mania 12 when him and Bret went for over 60mins and HBK realized his boyhood dream. That night watching Raw is the only time that I truly cried watching the WWE/F..

During the Over the Edge 99 PPV, the bit that chokes me up to this day, is when they try to get the PPV going again - the first promo is Jeff Jarrett and Debra.
Jeff and Owen were particularly close from my understanding and seeing the pair of them choke back the tears and Jeff deliver the "I'm praying for you buddy" was really upsetting.

Won't go into the ethics, but that's got me going again now... jeez...

The Megapowers split up on Saturday Night's Main Event was heartbreaking for me at the time...I think I was like 8 years old, a complete mark, and I my parents were mystified at how much that event shook me up. Watching it now, I am struck by how god-awful Hogan's acting was, though Savage did an excellent job.

Owen Hart's death was the only thing to have moved me to tears since then. On the memorial show, I will never forget seeing Jerry Lawler embrase JR when JR started to break down. Lawler and JR had never really broken their heel/face characters up to that point, and to see that on live television was absolutely heartbreaking.

Watching the Heartbreak Kid stumbling through pain with a broken back to put Steve Austin over. Michaels, who flew all over the ring and took superb bumps to make his opponents look like gold could barely move. You could see the pain all over his face and you knew it was over for him. Knowing how Shawn worked, that was pretty damn sad if you ask me.

For me it is two things with the same person The Rockers Break up that shocked me because NO ONE saw that coming not even Jannetty going threw the barber shop window and when Shawn ripped up the WWF Magazine and said '' Is There A Problem With The Rockers I don't Think So '' to this day watching it on You tube it still is shocking to watch and the second one is when Shawn retired I have watched Shawn sense I was 6 or 7 years old and when he retired it was heartbreaking to know I would not get to see HBK give someone a super kick every week or his funny ass comments he makes about people.

By far had to be when Owen Hart had died. I had never felt so overwhelmed with emotions before that and after that. One of the saddest days I ever lived.

the day for me would be the day Owen hart died. to see that live broke my heart, as a teenager it bothered me for years afterwards. Watching Jeff Jarret trying to finish his promo right afterwards was so moving and still resonates in my soul to this day. that was my heartbreaking moment

I would have to agree with many of you on some and now for my own personal moments ... #1 Shawn Michaels Retirement speech on RAW the night after WMXXVI ... #2 Shawn Michaels talking about his pill problems on his DVD heartbreak and triumph ... i honestly began to fill up very quickly watching this and then when he started crying i began as well lol And YES i'm a huge Shawn Michaels MARK !!! I'll gladly admit it ... been a mark for HBK since i began watching WWE/F back in the early 90's.

the most heartbreaking moment this is a real tough one there have been quite a few id say that the Guerrero and Beniot tribute shows were tough to get through. But Shawn Michaels retirement was a wrestling tragedy just thinking about how i have watched less episodes of Raw (till recently thank you CM Punk) since his retirement goes tol show what HBK meant to me and to think we lost 4 years of his career because of that back injury. His career was great but think about if he didnt lose those 4 years but seeing him say goodbye almost put tears in my eyes i thought he should have gotten a better send off than he did but i understand he just wanted it to be him and the fans and i respect that. Ric Flairs retirment ceremony would be higher up there had he not went to TNA and ruined it. Edge's retirement is up there the way he was kind of casual and all smiles on Smackdown but then Big Show started walking down and i think it finally hit him that it was over and he just let the tears flow and deservedly so he was one of the hardest workers in WWE history. So many but those are just a few
