true. But I also don't want us to become to familiar with one another. I loved our game and the way it played out. playing you every once in awhile is the way to go and in big situations.Probably, I was really one dimensional in our game. But if it works then it works.

Alright, for those that don't know. We are now in the final stages of the Playoffs.
Conf. Championships:
Scotty v. Big P (Chargers v. Jets)
Will v. Ty Burna (Panthers v. Vikings II)
DEADLINE: Friday, March 5th 2010 11p.m. (central)
Ty and I have a really good schedule that (for the most part) goes together. With that being said, we SHOULD have our game done by no later than Thursday evening. I do work (open) Friday, so if we don't then Friday night I'm sure it'll be played.
Big P and Scotty have already begun making arrangements from what I can see in this thread, as well. So, our Superbowl should be done by Sunday I'd assume. (and hope)

I have some bad news guys. My Grandpa who refuses to pick his feet up, ripped the phone cord out of the wall again. I have it half ass fixed, but every time I try to play an Xbox Live game it boots me from having Xbox Live all together. I will still try to fix it myself and call the phone company in the morning if I can't fix it myself. It just really pisses me off that a grown man perfectly able to pick his feet up won't. I will keep you guys updated. Ty, if you have any suggestions please let me know.

Holy shit, that was probably the best game of Madden I have ever played. Mark Sanchez played like the real life Mark Sanchez when he played like shit. However, with 25 seconds he threw a TD pass on 4th and goal from the 15, down by 7 in order to force OT. Because, just like Mark Sanchez in real life, Madden Mark Sanchez is the F'N MAN! That, and Darren McFadden went off for 200 yards RUSHING on like 16 attempts, and he somehow didn't get injured. I saved 9 highlightes from this game, and will possibly up them all and do a recap of the game at some point (the game was so good, that ESPN Classic should get a copy of the full game from the EA servers and just air that as an Instant Classic).

Agreed. Somehow, that game was trumped by my 2 playoff games so far. My (rookie) Kicker has been MONEY, with 2 game ending FGs, one in OT, 1 in regulation. And ironically, I wouldn't mind playing you again, since I could have won that game, and I think I am actually playing better now then I was then......
Oh shit, Adrian Peterson is back for you, right? WILL, INJURE AP FOR ME, and then lose........ lol

I gotta figure something out man, I got some lineup changes I think will boost my offense, and help my secondary out. Percy is going to his natural spot in the slot rather than a number 2 receiver, and I'm moving my 2nd year CB Allen to his nickel spot rather than have him at the FS position and give Madieu Williams his spot back. My team has some flaws, but I have some young players in some key positions and some alright players in others that could use an upgrade. I'm gonna need a solid draft to give me some young blood, my right side of my line should continue to develop with Loadholt and Sullivan, I need a decent backup running back just in case AD decides to go down for most of the season again, and my secondary needs some help. I also need a DT because Pat Williams is getting up there.
Yeah I got a lot of work to do still. I'm good enough to make it to the NFC Championship game, but I have to figure out Will's running game. He's killed me with it every time we've played.

I rarely ever play guys out of position like that (playing corners at safety, etc). I would rather have a guy who isn't as good, but it is their natural position. Plus, the corner would be needed when I go into Nickel (which is often, or in the case against Scotty, the whole game, which was why I was able to shut down Gates). Harvin in the slot wouldn't bother me, I just need to put a fast guy on him, and he is somewhat neutralized.
Pat Williams is probably gone, he is a 15 year vet right? And I think the key reason I am in the Super Bowl again is because my 3 HBs are 88, 85, and 79 overall. I learned you always need at least 2 solid RBs, because 1 goes down, or needs to sit a few plays.
I have had success against Will a couple times in the 10 tries we had at finishing our game last season. But I also usually have a very strong run D, and usually don't give up huge games on the ground (which is why I only gave up 181 points all season). Too bad he was still able to beat me fairly easily, and throw all day on me.

the Key word there is TRY. When we played the game last season 10 times, I stopped you fairly well a couple of times, and my D has gotten better since then. Plus, I think my offense is getting back on track. Either way, good luck to both you and Ty in the NFC Championship. Once I win the Super Bowl again, I am gonna get a sig made with 2 Lombardi Trophies, some sort of Wrestlezone logo, the Madden boxart, and a Jets logo.

The only question is what position do I want to fill. 
And yeah, your team has improved from the year before. You have better WRs, a better Defense, and a more improved QB. All of which my Panthers will begin targeting for "60 minutes".
First; Peterson's legs.
Second; the Jets Championship.
I was really looking forward to getting a shot at either Ty or Will, but I am overall pleased with my performance in the Playoffs. I know that I took the reigning champion to the limit and I am pleased with that...for now. Mark my words. I WILL be back next season to make a huge impact and try to get even farther then I did this season. Next year, I'm gunning for it all.
