I feel like I want to look for a young (1-5 yr pro) WR through trades.. but I'm a stickler for wanting to give up anything I believe I need. And I can't see anyone wanting to trade a quality WR, for anyone on my team that I'd want to get rid of.

I'm at school until 8pm EST on Wednesday, but I'm pretty sure I can still make it. I will probably get home around 8:30pm EST though.

I have to vote against Wednesday at 8 Eastern/7 Central, because I will not be home. However, if I'm going to be the only one not online, then you guys can just let the computer do it for me (I'll just set up my draft board 200 players deep), because I don't want to make everybody wait just for me (unless you all want to wait). I will get home at about 1 AM eastern, and if you want to do it then I guess I can.

I am free Thursday after midnight eastern, Friday all night, Saturday all night, Sunday after 10, Monday all night, or Tuesday all night. After next Tuesday, I'm going away for Thanksgiving, and thus unavailable for a few days.

It seems like we aren't going to all find a way to be on together. So our final two options are..

A.) Taking our chances in simulating the Draft.
or
B.) Doing this one-by-one, in me working out being online for each individual person so they can make their pick.. then I'll pause/unpause/pause for everyone as we work our way through 7 rounds.

Truth be told, simming will hurt more in the fact that even if we do as Big P has planned on doing and working out a top 200 list.. there is a very good and random chance we end up with 4 of our 7 picks being same or similar positions and a lot of what we don't need. (When I simmed a draft in an alt. league, I ended up with 4 RBs.. .. yeah)

So since I said originally Wednesday was the day we begin.. its still going to be. Everyone who wishes to join our 2nd Year has until tomorrow at 7pm (central) to pick their team and join.

I will begin the Draft by simming the cpu teams and contacting each human team by message on xbox live. We will get through this, but it might take longer than expected.

(PS - By that, for all the current members of this Franchise, I mean I will send you messages on xbox live to try and work out individual times to meet with you online, so you can make your pick.. not that I will sim if you aren't on tomorrow by 7pm)

In my opinion, I'd rather be equal and fair than anything else.

While I know its no one's fault who CAN get on, on why those who CAN'T don't just have to deal with the simmed/drafted players they get.. but all in all, I'm just trying to be fair and equal with all of this.

Now, if everyone involved (currently 9 members, counting myself) are fine with being there and picking players live.. or not being there and being OKAY with getting what they're simmed.. then we'll go ahead and do the draft live, tonight, at 7pm. (central) I will check IN HERE for everyone involved to give their approval or otherwise.

If I don't get everyone's approval, then I'll still begin tonight and just contact those who're up first.. and do this one-by-one.
