I will advance the Franchise, as soon as Marquis (Saints) & Mr. PPV (Chargers) play their games. Marquis said he was going to play his yesterday morning. :glare: And I haven't heard from Mr. PPV.

I would say move on without them for this week if they don't play by by the end of today. No reason the rest of us should be kept waiting.
 
why did i lose my two transactions Darrel Jackson and Jon Runyan. I didn't release them. Do the rosters reupdate everytime we go online. :(

FRANCHISE UPDATE:​

I haven't been online tonight to see, but lately it seems I've had to remind everyone almost to play their games. I'm wanting to know if everyone feels I should set a time-limit on getting your games played?

Obviously, if you're playing a Human opponent its different. You'd have to match-up time schedules with one another, but there should be no real reason short of something on-going in real life, as to why you can't get a cpu game played within 2-3 days.. right?

So, what is everyone's overall thoughts on setting a time limit in which we can try to get each week progressed a bit quicker than almost a week at a time??
 
I would have to say a 2 to 4 day limit has to be set. Pretty much all the games were done within that 2 or 3 day span, 4 would be the max limit to allow human vs. human games to have enough time to schedule and complete. Otherwise if people are taking a week to complete a game, the rest of us are sitting here twiddling our thumbs wondering when we can play again.

Also, if you feel you don't want to be in the franchise anymore, let us know so we can drop you and we can move on accordingly.

I signed them both in week three used them against the bengals and now in week 4 after i get online again they are gone along with all of the people i cut last week to save money.

Can you resign them? Were they FA's?

I'm unsure how you lost them, if you had them. That doesn't honestly make sense to me.

Also, I'm in agreement with Ty, except I'm willing to understand for human/human games, as the one I had w/ Simpsons_fanatic seemingly would never complete. If its a situation where both of you can never find the time to meet up though, we may have no alternative than to sim that game. (with injuries off though)

they were FA's and I had them during my game with the Bengals I even caught a few passes with Jackson. I'll see if they are available again when I gte back online just noone else sign them if they are there just in case. Wouldn't be fair if they were mine and I never released them.
 
Hey guys I'm so sorry I haven't played my game yet. I had to move for school on Saturday and I've been getting settled in since then. I have the internet up and running so I will finish the game by Monday FOR SURE.
 
i say 3 days is a fair limit. i got the bye this week, and i have been twiddling my thumbs since day 1 of week 4 :(
 
I have played my Week 4 game. Again sorry for the wait. I'm pretty much settled in now so I should be able to complete my games faster barring any unforeseen circumstances.
 
If Will doesn't get on later tonight to complete the game, if it is him I'm playing this week, I won't be able to do it till Wednesday.
 
The only game yet to be played is a human/human match-up between the Steelers and Chargers.

Christian Battlez & Mr PPV.

I'd appreciate either of you letting us know whats going on in communication, or whether we need to just sim the game and advance the week. I'd say to at least give some type of answer by tomorrow (Tuesday) night, by 11pm-midnight.

i have messaged him multiple times here and on xbox live he has been on but failed to respond to my messages. I don't want him to have to forfeit but I sent him three messages and I have been ready to play the game since week 4 started. Simming the game isn't exactly fair since Ive been ready to play and he hasn't. What to do? I work tomorrow till 5 after that i have thursday saturday and sunday off but will be at the bar all day and night sunday till 11 pm for football. Up to you guys.

Christian, if you've tried to get in contact with him I'll take your word for it. I, too, just sent him a PM last night when I wrote what I did. (above)

I'll get on xbox live in a bit, and if I have no message from him, then I may have no alternative than to sim the match-up. However, it will be known that neither of you are in the same division. As well, both of your teams to my knowledge are undefeated.

Christian, I can't guarantee your team will win, but it'd be unfair for you to face a human controlled team, played by the cpu. All I could do, is sim it.

What I can do, however, is state that if anyone is unable to continue in this Franchise you need to let us know so we can drop you. If you miss human/human match-ups, then I'll have no alternative than to assume you left without saying you left and still kick you out.

I just heard from him were trying to set something up now. Don't sim the game.
 
Had an eye doctor visit today and the game slipped my mind. More important things you know, I'll get it done friday.

Madden doesn't give a shit about your eye. Either play through the pain, or put yourself on the IR. :p :lmao:

Also, just to update Week 7 is now available.

Christian was the only individual who didn't get his game played. Albeit, he sent me a message saying he was going to get it played by midnight or so last night. Didn't happen. Well, you'll at least be happy to know you won your game through simulation. LOL
