I just love how I enter all the billing info for XBOX live and XBOX deciding it can't verify it despite it all being right.

Still forgot it came out today until I just looked at the thread.

I'll get it at some point but there are 3 or 4 games before it so I'll just be checking in on what you guys have to say about it.

I know Norcal hates it, but the WrestleMania mode has been handled rather well. This year, I think I even prefer it over a story mode with unique storylines. Having fun with it so far.

Getting live set up tomorrow so I can get the season pass. I have a bitch of time trying to figure out the damn leverage pins so I'm stuck in 30 Years of Wrestlemania mode on Savage vs Steamboat but once I get everything unlocked via season pass I'll play through most of it.

Just got the game last night and so far I'm a fan, as long as you've liked the last few years of WWE gaming, if not you'll probably not be a fan.

The roster itself is awesome (looks like I gotta steal Warrior though) and was the big reason I got it but overall its a blast to play. I love the attention to detail in 30 years of Wrestlemania, even when you pay attention to the commentary you realize that although its JR and The King doing it they are going pretty much verbatim off of what Gorilla and Jesse said during the actual event during points (like King giving the tale of the tape during the Hulk/Andre match in the same manner as Jesse did).

I finished The Hulkamania Runs Wild portion of the game last night and the New Generation side is looking enticing, lets just hope one of the Bret/Shawn objectives isn't laying around for 40 minutes. Also got to try and defeat the streak last night and failed MISERABLY, even after 2 finishers Undertaker was still in light damage, I think I need a lot of pot for that one.

The Jukebox is also a cool addition to the game, its nice to just hear the themes you want to and there's a lot of goodies in there. Overall it's been really good and I barely scratched the surface.

I ended the streak with Jinder Mahal, that happened.

I tried with the likes of Cena, Rock, Orton, Lesnar, Shield and I win with Mahal. And to think it was as a joke just to watch him get destroyed. #DontHinderJinder

Is ending the streak kind of like the road to WM a few years ago where you have to do a bunch of reversals to win?

During that mode a few years ago I beat it with John Morrison.

I tried 5 times with my CAW to beat Taker and couldn't do it, but the last time I came close I think because I'd hit and run with weapons but I screwed up kicking out of the Tombstone.

Tried beating him twice with Lesnar and the first time I lost but the second time I beat him. I beat the living hell out of Taker with any weapon I could get my hands on, hit the F-5 through the announce table and had to kick out of a Tombstone but I did it. Took at least 3 finishers including a spear through the guard rail to keep him down.

Against my better judgment I bought this game. Dunno why. I've been unimpressed with the series for years. Though I don't bother with CAWs or making my own storylines, so maybe I'm limiting my own enjoyment by not giving them a go.

Does anybody know if there's a selection of reversable covers. 'Cus I got Daniel Bryan and he seems a strange choice if they're all identical.

Went to Walmart today. Forgot to go to electronics to get one of the games on my list. I kind of want to get this from Gamestop though to see if they have any left with the Warrior code. I was hoping he was going to be added into dlc at some point.

I bought the season pass, but it doesn't look like it's worked. Nothing is unlocked, and I've seen a clip online where you go to the unlockables page and there's an option in the bottom right of the screen to 'unlock all'...yet I don't have this? It says the season pass is 'downloaded', and I've tried reloading the game, going back to the title screen etc and it doesn't seem to be working at all. Am I doing something wrong?

The Warrior download worked fine though, he's on the game now

I meant to say "redownload." Sorry about that; spell check must have changed the word and I didn't notice.

Every year there is some magical trick to make your D/L'd stuff work


Last year, going al the way back out to the title screen was how you did it. May be the same this year.

I enjoyed the earlier era sections. But once I've done Attitude I'm then onto matches that'll likely crop up in Universe anyway. Hopefully next year or the year after it's Invasion themed and they have WCW & ECW involved in the story.
