Vote To Legalize Marijuana

And you are still going against me when a man is going to die in prison for providing medicine for sick people.

In the location where he was growing and providing the marijuana is it legal to grow and sell marijuana?

If it isn't outright outlawed and growing for medicinal reasons is allowed did he follow the statues to the letter in every single aspect of his operation?

If the answer to either of those questions is no, then I do not feel any sympathy for a guy who KNEW what he was doing was illegal and did it anyway thinking he could use that as an excuse.

Marijuana is still illegal under federal law, even for medicinal purposes. It's impossible to legally grow marijuana in the United States. Federal jurisdiction trumps state jurisdiction.

A registered gun which belongs to someone else is still illegal when it's in your possession. The "oh, that wasn't mine, officer!" defense is both very old and very laughed at.

But fuck, you still don't understand the word 'innocent', so getting into issues of how to apply law is going to go way the fuck over your head. After all, you think something, so everyone should know that's the way it should be. Right?

It is legal to grow marijuana for medical purposes in Montana.

You're implying it by going against me

I am not, ******. I have been clearly stating over and over again that his violation of gun laws is a concern, never have I said that he should be imprisoned for growing weed. I like weed, I don't like guns.

Do you remember that list of things I wanted you to prove me wrong? I’m still waiting for you to prove me wrong but you won’t because you can’t

I actually do not remember that. Provide me the list. If I have time, I'll gladly do it.

I remember you making up a list of items that no one else was arguing about. Most of them were also subjective opinions which are logically impossible to 'prove' or 'disprove'.

It's also ENTIRELY possible to think you're a fucking moron while still thinking marijuana should be legalized. Lot of that going on around here, in fact.

But they are legal guns who belonged to the other workers.

In this case the law is way more concerned with a man who is providing medicine for sick people so they lock him up until he dies in prison.

Growing Marijuana is illegal everywhere in the United States, it is a Class I Narcotic and as such it is a federal crime to grow it. Federal crime trumps State crime.

The reality of the situation is that the FBI would likely have turned a blind eye if it weren't for the fact he had guns that were not his on his property. The fact of the matter is that by possessing guns that were illegal on the property combined with committing the felony of growing marijuana they cannot turn a blind eye.

Just because it is a law doesn't make them right to do what they were doing. Arrest a real criminal not a innocent man who was providing medicine for terminally ill and disabled patients. This why these laws need to be changed so men like Chris Williams don't die in prison for doing nothing wrong.

Last I checked, Montana was still a state of the United States of America. The Commerce Clause- something I'm sure you have no fucking idea what it is- states that the Federal government has jurisdiction over the states when it comes to interstate commerce; or, as the Supreme Court has ruled, anything which a market can be created for.

Leave the legal questions to the people who can understand them.

You people are so blind and so obedient. All you do is obey like programmed machines. You just say it's a law so it's wrong with out questioning a god damn thing. Take off your blind fold wake up and look at how the world functions.

Don't preach to me about right or wrong. I don't think you have the foggiest idea of the concepts beyond a very, very narrow personal view on how they affect you.

I question just about everything; the problem is, the answers I get, you don't like. Or understand.

Remember, you're ******ed. Something in your brain got crossed while you were hovered over a jar of rubber cement, and ideas that go through a normal persons brain and are turned into positions go through yours and come out as a clusterfuck.

I know you don't think of yourself this way... but you probably should.

How does providing medicine for terminally and disabled patients affect me?
It makes me feel happy that those people are able to live their lives easier with less pain and less terrible side effects from smoking marijuana.

Insulting me.............. that proves your right.

Look, I realize you are young. In a few years you will grow up a bit and realize that over hundreds and thousands of years of society and civilization we have ended up at this system.

The reason why?

BECAUSE IT FUCKING WORKS!

Not perfectly, far from it in fact, but the alternative systems are far, far worse. You think you get it and see the world for how it is. I can assure you that you do not. In five years time you will be doing one of two things, either you will have realized how ignorant you are being right now OR you, and others like you will end up in Prison. The way you talk about the Police and your utter contempt for society proves that you are on a dangerous path and I strongly advise you to re-assess your priorities in life.

As an aside, I'm done with you. It is only a matter of time before you end up banned anyway and it's clear that you are too ignorant and close-minded to accept that you do not know everything about the world. It was fun to mock you and tease you and see you explode in two-hundred word block capital posts or post massive images of Diarrhea, but that fun has expended now and you have shown that you are a husk of a man. I don't hate you Todd, I fucking pity you.

A complete stranger on a different continent fucking pities you. If that doesn't tell you that you need to re-assess your life then I don't know what will.

I'm not saying that using marijuana or growing marijuana is wrong. In fact, I'm pretty sure that no one in this thread has said that. But if you're going to intentionally break the law, don't act like a fucking victim when you get busted for it. I smoke weed in my backyard every single night. If for some reason, a neighbor called the cops on me and I got busted, I wouldn't stand on the rooftops shouting down the law that I was too stupid to obey. I'd take it like a man.

None of this applies to you anyway, so why do you care? You can't catch a case for using drugs if you never leave your computer long enough to acquire any.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/...ukemia-medical-marijuana-video_n_2192676.html

This is about a 7 year old who is given marijuana to combat leukemia.

First off she has LEUKEMIA!

She takes about a gram of cannabis oil a day. She is not smoking anything and cannabis oil is harmless. Her mother said it was working and it is showing positive side effects for her. So why complain? I find it funny how her dad's argument saying it is wrong for her to take medical cannabis oil because he said she was in bed playing video games. What 7 year old doesn't like to play video games? At least she isn’t in a hospital bed in pain. The chemotherapy had terrible side effects on her and the cannabis oil works much better. It's a 7 year old with leukemia let her live her life in peace with as little pain as possible.
