Yep, although the debate b/w you vs Gelgarin was a good one. It also reminded me that it was Gelgarin who doesn't like FFVII and the ones after that.

Wait, so FF8 won the last one? Were you all stoned or something?
And I do think Kingdom Hearts 2 is a better game than the first one. It took the experimental basis of throwing Final Fantasy characters into Disney movies and made it a challenging game. I still hate that asshole near the end with the cards. It was much more in-depth, smoother graphics, and just felt a lot fresher too.

You just reminded me of that pain in the ass. I think it took me at least 5 tries to beat him and it was just by a little. Damn the memories from that game.

What kills me about him is right when you are about to land the finishing blow, the asshole is all like "LOL! THAT'S NOT ME!"

The other guy that blew hard was the one with the musical water note or whatever. Like Donald and Goofy were as helpful as a broken condom the first few times I've tried to beat him.
And I find FF7 to be very overrated. =/

Luxord is the card guy and Demyx is the water sitar player. I hated having to fight those damn water clones with the time limit.

Actually Demyx was the easiest of them I think. The water clones I thought went down to easily. I just used a ton of chain commands.

Sure, why not. I doubt more than one or two of my games will make the final cut.
But dammit, I just have a weakness for sprite RPG games.

I found Luxord to be one of the easiest Organization guys to beat especially with the X and O reaction command. Those water clones may only take one hit to defeat but with 75 of them and only 20 or 15 seconds to beat them all. It got kind of annoying. However, neither one of them compare to the wind bitch that was Xaldin.

I'll definitely be backing FFVII too if KH goes out. My favorite game of the series and the reason I got the Playstation.
Getting Starcraft past Link to the Past was the highlight of the last tournament for me. I'll definitely be backing Starcraft with you big time. However there are a very select few games that I wont be able to support Starcraft over, and I suspect we will get to that point again this year.
Looking forward to it, interesting how my favourite games have changed in the last two years.

Eh. I just felt FF7 was like Russo-Lite. Every few events that happen, there was some 'twist' to the story. I don't think the RPG-ness of it (I will try to come up with a better term..) carries it enough to get past the graphics and often baffling story to me.
