I agree. It's why I always hated the WWE Championship the Cena incarnation.
IMO the WCW World Heavyweight Championship was the best design. That plate was fantastic.

I think the belt is marketable because it is unique but a little over the top compared to what most are used to. I can't see anyone except Hardy pulling it off but I think that is kind of the point of it.
