Firstly keying someones car is the lowest of the low and also how is he supposed to find them if he didn't see the car that did it and they didn't leave a note???
I feel for ya though crock a guy knocked the wing mirror off my brothers car a few months ago and didn't leave a note so my brother had to pay for the lot. Ridiculous.
