Hey Doc & other fellow comic book nerds, I've started a new series of threads focusing on major events within the world of comic books, I'm not really sure how often I'll be putting them out yet but I think that I'll prolly be rotating between Marvel and DC, & the first few will be focusing on events that happened in the early to mid 90's when I first started collecting, any who the first one is up, please check it out

You remember how to change a title when you was a mod? If you do that within 5 ( I think) minutes you can change it even if you're not a mod. I have done it before.

I should mention that this was a year ago so it might of changed...

It's a collection of accounts representing different personifications, like the Four Horsemen, the Seven Deadly Sins, various emotions, and more. And there are all these stories going on and it's SO cool. It's like this huge soap opera/comedy/drama all happening via Twitter. Yesterday, Worry and Lust were on a date, so Warfare kept making innuendo in order to ruin their date and break them up because they were fucking up the natural order of things (Worry was starting to become confident, and Lust was considering being monogamous). It was hilarious. But then it got sad when Worry went home and didn't want the ice cream Positivity made in order to cheer him up.

Then Pestilence gave Pride the flu because Pride's a dick.

Also, is anyone here a big fan of the TV show Dallas? I could use you as a source in my speech on why wrestling is just as valid a form of entertainment as anything else.

Not familiar with this particular event, but I will no doubt appear for the later ones.

Cody Rhodes' promo=FREAKING AWESOME! The builkd for their match has been excellent. I'm actually getting quite pumped for Mania.

I've LOVED Cody Rhodes ever since I saw him live in December. He has charisma oozing out of every dashing pore. It's something in the Rhodes' genes. He played the crowd like a fiddle and has lately been cutting awesome promo after awesome promo. I think his best has to be the one where he wouldn't face the camera, but the one from yesterday made him out to be a complete psycho. Could have had a bit more variation in his tone during the beginning, but still. Amazing.

Not sure what to expect from their match though. Hopefully it gets more time than Punk/Rey got last year.

Went to the comic shop today, sadly they were sold out of Deadpool 33.1, and had just sold the last copy of Darkwing Duck Annual #1

However I did pick up Civil War: Captain America, prolly start reading that Mon., and I picked up a Marvel Previews book, it gives you a preview of everything that Marvel is planning to release between Mar. & May

In all fairness, I would've thought Rhodes was going to have the least interesting career out of Legacy, when in fact his is better than Orton or DiBiase's since the split.

I liked Cody more than Ted during his Legacy days, too. He just LOOKED more interesting, and I loved his voice. I just never thought he'd be THIS awesome.

I doubted his mic skills in Legacy, they sounded a bit forced, but he's obviously improved those. I always thought he was the best wrestler in legacy, period. He's very fluid in the ring and he has one of the moth breathtaking moonsaults I have ever seen.

I just love his old school throwback gimmick. My friend Nathon loves him because he's a big Zelda fan.

He's also a huge comic book geek. Remember that one time Triple H was cutting a promo and he tried way to hard to work that in there? He said something like, "Hey Cody, you're a comic book geek, right? Well you know the Hulk? You also won't like me when I'm angry."

That settles it. I hereby proclaim Cody Rhodes the Official Wrestler Of The Doctor's Office. I bet he even pitched the mask storyline himself so he could be like Vega from Street Fighter.
