It's a DVD player that, like a maverick renegade, takes no notice of DVD regions. For example, if you had one you could buy the American version of Shawn Michaels' DVD - which is Region 1 - off eBay or whatever and successfully play it. If you really want one, search Amazon for "region free DVD player".

I have no clue what a DVD region is. I'm assuming it means I can play American DVDs? I need one.

The HBK DVD is out in April, you're best waiting and getting it cheaper from Silver Vision.

That'll be my new studio, health & safety is a real issue for me, that's why the parlour never really got going. And I couldn't find an artist to do that who tattooing thing for me.
