The Rock's situation is not the same as Sting's, Undertaker's, or Triple H's.
Those three get love because, at least in Undertaker and Sting's case, they're old, so they're part time because they love wrestling. They continue to wrestle for the fans, and they don't even need the money. They're set for life with the money they've got.
In Triple H's case, he's got business to do, so he can't wrestle all the time.
You're incorrect when you say they never put anybody over, too. When the Undertaker came back on Raw after Wrestlemania 29 to put over The Shield, he did it just to put them over. He wasn't getting paid to be on Raw.
Triple H, while a "burier", has put over people before, for example, Chris Benoit.
Compared to these three, The Rock is hated, because he left wrestling behind and hasn't wrestled in 10 years. He's part time because he makes movies, and people feel bitter about him, and they feel he's stealing the spotlight.
I feel that Rock truly loves wrestling, and came back just for the fans, but he should not come back to wrestling again, because he's getting himself injured and his matches sucked anyway.
He should go before he further tarnishes his epic legacy.
The real reason to hate Rock is not because of being part-time, but that he sucks at wrestling now. Let someone good be in the main event.
Even though the Undertaker is old, he's still got it. He's gotten Match of the Year 3 times in the last 5 years, in addition to having Match of the Night in all five previous Wrestlemanias, thus proving why he should come back because he's just that epic.
