Dear Lord I hope so. The foreign "I don't like America" gimmick didn't work that well the first 2.5 years. Time to switch it up. As long as Rusev gets to talk, I don't care if he's face or heel. But he's hilarious and the Handsome Rusev thing is just so ridiculous because he's a beastly hairy dude. So naturally it would somehow just work.
