Yes, because he had the easiest material to get heel heat with and he got cheered instead. Rollins would have had every guy in the building booing him and instilling a sense of empathy for Cena if he had done his job. He didn't. So whether or not he nails most of his other promos is irrelevant because clearly he dropped the ball tonight. And now it's up to Cena to recapture all the heat for the feud that Rollins lost. Assuming that there's no more build tonight.
