Oh, no question. Brie has been a borderline jobber for like a year. No way she should win the title. And yeah, Charlotte taking her out gets her more heat(especially when playing up the Bryan angle) and makes her look stronger.

Charlotte should hold the title until Sasha Banks takes it off of her(hopefully at Mania)
