It's a stretch, but the tag division is weak anyway. Give guys like Henry, Bourne, MVP, the Colons, etc. something to do. They'll need some build, but it could work. Is it really a stretch to see Primo and Bourne go over Legacy if Legacy is in-fighting the whole time?

One thing I do like here: the matches are going longer than two minutes. That's easily my biggest complaint about Impact: the matches get next to no time.
