Well they certainly didn't draw her waist realistically, but that's standard animation of a woman in a cartoon.

New Day Dresses colorfully and acts colorfully. It's the simplest formula for appealing to children. Also, Spongebob has some very adults only lines in his show.

Well the product is PG, not G. Or Y or Y7. Watch the Incredibles. That was PG and blended a nice mix of animated violence and sexual innuendo without being too over the top.
