What about Marty Ginetti? I mean he got on camera once in the last year to join the "Vince MacMahon Kiss my Ass Club". Maybe that was just setup to bring him back in at a later date. This could be that later date.

I still think this DX thing is a way to get Shawn Michaels to retire. If it isn't then I don't know the complete angle on the whole DX reunion and therefore after.

There is no third member trust me! It is just some sites lying to get you all on their site which is working. Not gonna happen.

hah, but i think that was just a one night stand, buy hey i guess we'll see what happens with flair and DX later

all three of them were losing interest from the fans and the staff at the wwe....sean waltman was fired and rumors were that the road dogg and billy gunn left after there contracts were up.

course it aint the same as the old DX. 1)Chyna aint here. 2) HBK has become more religious which means no nudity and a limit on shit. 3) Theyare getting on a bit now

On March 3, 2006, the WWE announced that it had severed all professional ties with Jannetty. WWE.com even reported it with the short statement "World Wrestling Entertainment has broken all professional ties with Marty Jannetty." This statement is most likely kayfabe, as Jannetty was unable to attend the Monday Night RAW event in Birmingham, Alabama, due to travel difficulties caused by Jannetty's probation status. This prompted a major rewrite in the storyline while Jannetty and the WWE try to work out travel arrangements with Jannetty's probation officer. There was also a rumor that Jannetty himself was going to wrestle at Wrestlmania before he was released.

No, It has nothing to do with Shawn Michaels retiring. They did it because they wanted to boost ratings over the summer and they wanted to get Triple H over as a baby face.

whatever happened to the road dog and billy gunn and xpac? why did they leave the fans loved them.
Road Dogg- In 2000 he was released by the WWE. It was rumoured that his release was due to arriving at an arena under the influence of drugs. Brian James debuted for the upstart Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) promotion on September 18, 2002 wrestling as B.G. James

Billy Gunn-On November 1, 2004, Sopp along with A-Train and Test were released by the WWE. On February 13, 2005, Sopp debuted in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling with no name (as Billy Gunn is a WWE trademark)

X-Pac- In 2002 Waltman refused to lose to Booker as he thought himself to be the bigger star and the bigger draw. This, combined with an incident at an airport where he collapsed for "unknown reasons", led to Waltman being released by WWE. Waltman joined Total Nonstop Action Wrestling upon leaving the WWE and began using the name Syxx-Pac, another play on previous stage names (and because WWE still owns the name X-Pac). Waltman left TNA in November 2002. Waltman made a surprise return to TNA on January 15, 2006 at TNA Final Resolution 2006. In February 2006, Waltman joined MTVs newly formed Wrestling Society X promotion. At the inaugural WSX tapings on February 9, 2006, Waltman (wrestling as Syxx-Pac) faced nine other wrestlers in a hardcore battle royal ladder match, which both Waltman and Vampiro won by climbing the ladder to take possession of WSX contracts.

I think they'll refrain from getting old guys to join. And face it,no matter how much we demand a "Clique" reunion,we wont get it(contrary to most wwe fans' beliefs,we arnt in control) I still think we should look at the new wrestlers as possible DX members.Although he's on DS!,Ken Kennedy could be in the running, and I think Orton might be included so as to transition him into a face on RAW.

Randy Orton? No...he is supposed to have a feud with HHH soon, so that tells me that the DX thing won't last long, right now, they are riding it as long as the crowd keeps cheering them on.

I agree about Shawn Michaels, when there is nudity or something, he disappears and HHH is doing it all. In the ring, everything is good, but outside of the ring, it's not as good with him limiting himself.

Yeah, guess it was a rumor regarding a 3rd DX....but never know....

shawn michaels is supposed to retire? dx is only supposed to last till summerslam i heard b/c hbk needs knee surgery

I've read on various websites that Stephanie McMahon is pushing for DX to stay together for quite a bit longer after SummerSlam, possibly through the fall as well.

DX is lasting to atleast unforgiven cause thats what there advertising at unforgiven....the 3rd member of dx should be x-pac returning....also a rumor is survivor series is going to be DX vs NWO

The survivor series rumor is completely false, and i honestly dont know who a 3rd possible member will be. DX is good but they're getting stale, lets hope they get a breath of fresh air.

not necessarily Nash is contracted to TNA and Hall is considerd a liability if available but Hogan is working with the WWE. Steph is apparently pushing for a longer DX run and with DX's short lifespan (Shawn putting of his knee surgery ATM) its the type of match the WWE will want to put on so everyone remembers the second coming.

i could honestly imagine DX vs NWO(Hogan+Ortan) because its the WWE

bringin nwo back would be to much of a risk for the company...we all saw how it went the first time...it just competely faded...nwo is dead i dont think it will ever come back atleast not anytime soon

Personally I think that all this stuff about how HBK's religion is messing everything up is really dumb. Just because DX isn't as racy and risque as they once were doesn't mean you need to generate heat on HBK. I'm a Christian and I respect HBK more than any other wrestler because he doesn't sell out and lower his standards just to get higher ratings.

You know what they say: "when you're nWo, you're nWo...4 life, brother!!!

the stuff with HBK isn't really all that bad, I've watched him since growing up and hes always been a favourite of mine. I've also seen somewhere that DX is only around till like summerslam or just after it.

Is that actually true? Like are they really stupid enough to kill something that makes thier ratings better? Then again they did let Austin and The Rock go quite easily so maybe they would :|

If it's all because of HBK's faith then wouldn't it be easier to just take back The New Age Outlaws? Like i'm sure they could take them from TNA quite easily with the money they have. I know Road Dogg parted on bad terms but ya know i always thought the thing was with Mcmahon that his wallet was more important than his pride?

Bottom line, HHH can very well do this with other people if need be, And if anyone needs to be blamed for any DX "****" ups then it has to be Vince.

Since this is the DX thread..

Does anyone think they'll end the DX storyline by involving Stephanie McMahon? The sort of role im talking about is aligning with HHH (and HBK) again, or would Vince be happy enough with keeping the whole Steph-HHH thing as something to joke around with?
