Close. I say it's HULK HOGAN dropping the leg. It's like when Flair uses the figure four or Steamboat uses the cross body. It's RICKY STEAMBOAT using the damn move, thereby making it awesome. At some point it was a new move. Give him some damn time.

Also a great point. Some people can only use moves the best. It was Hogan's move, or Flair's move, thus they can execute it the best. Undertaker uses the Slam Leg Drop all the time, but we buy it more and it looks better when Hogan does it because its HOGAN'S move.
