Cleveland Browns @ Baltimore Ravens

No way that Clevland wins here. Quinn has been underwhelming to say the least, their defense has done nothing special, and the Ravens have looked great. Plus it's at Baltimore. 31-0 Ravens

Tennessee Titans @ New York Jets -

The Jets D has looked great, but I think that Tennesse's offense will be able to work the quick passing game and be able to run a little on them. Plus, Sanchez hasn't seen a defense like the Titans. The Titans are too good to start out 0-3, 16-13 Titans

Washington Redskins @ Detroit Lions

The Lions have a legit chance to win here. Neither team is overly good or talented, but I think that Stafford will make mistakes, and Campbell won't. 17-13 Redskins.

Jacksonville Jaguars @ Houston Texans

The Jaguars are just as bad as they were last season. They didn't even come close to stopping Kurt Warner last week and they won't stop a very good Houston offense either. 42-20 Texans

San Francisco 49ers @ Minnesota Vikings

The 49ers have been extremely impressive thus far. They play a similar style of footall to Minnesota and Shaun Hill has limited the mistakes. Fuck Favre, 14-10 49ers

Atlanta Falcons @ New England Patriots

Wake up call for the Falcons here. They are being annointed as among the elite in the NFC, but I'm not so sure yet. They haven't beaten any really good teams yet this season. I don't think their defense will be able to handle and angry Tom Brady and Randy Moss, 35-17 Patriots

New York Giants @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers

This'll be closer than a lot of people think, Leftwhich is a solid QB, he just has to minimize his mistakes. The G Men will win, but it'll be close. 20-17 Giants.

Kansas City Chiefs @ Philadelphia Eagles

KC is really an awful football team. Even with Cassel, they couldn't beat a 7-24 Jamarcus Russel. The Eagles are scary on the defensive side of the ball, Kolb will play better. 34-10 Eagles

Green Bay Packers @ St. Louis Rams

The Packers D has been really impressive from what I've seen, even if they did lose to the Bengals. The Rams have little to no offense and aren't that stellar defensively, Green Bay in a walk. 27-0 Packers

New Orleans Saints @ Buffalo Bills

The Bills aren't very good. TO is over the hill and Edwards is a very suspect QB. Drew Brees and the Saints offense is the best in the game right now, 38-17 Saints.

Chicago Bears @ Seattle Seahawks

Interesting matchup here. The Bears looked very Jekyll and Hide this season, which will likely be the case throughout the year with Cutler at QB. Seattle is a much improved team from last year, but Hasselback is down right now. I still like Seattle in what I guess is an upset, 19-7 Seahawks

Pittsburgh Steelers @ Cincinnati Bengals

The Steelers will crush Cincy. They'll be plenty motivated coming off a loss and should be able to force plenty of turnovers against Palmer. Benson should be held in check, and we may even be able to get our own running game going against the Bengals. 30-13 Stillers

Miami Dolphins @ San Diego Chargers

The Chargers D is pretty solid, I don't think they'll be hurt by the Wildcat, which is Miami's only means of offense it seems. Rivers is a very good QB and Vincent Jackson is becoming an elite WR. 31-10 Chargers

Denver Broncos @ Oakland Raiders

The Broncos D has been surprisingly good thus far, and it should be more of the same against the atrocity known as the Raiders offense. Denver will take advantage of an inept QB and eek on the win, moving to one of the most underserving 3-0 starts of all time. 10-3 Broncos

Indianapolis Colts @ Arizona Cardinals

Should be a great game. Two of the best QBs in the league both coming off incredible games. The Colts are really battling some injuries though, which is why I have to say 35-24 Cardinals

Carolina Panthers @ Dallas Cowboys

The Cowboys, especially Romo, didn't look very good against the Giants last week. I'm not sure if it was opening stadium jitters, or what, but I wasn't impressed. I think this is Jake's last chance to keep his job in Carolina, they can't afford and 0-3 start, regardless of their schedule. 23-17 Panthers

Heard this earlier and figured I'd post it up. This is bad news for the G-Men. Kenny Phillips was really having a good season and coming into his own. He was turning into a budding young safety. The injury could be career threatening as well. Aaron Rouse is nothing special, he is terrible in coverage and pretty average against the run. He has good size though at 6'4 and 227. Hopefully KP bounces back from this, as I really have enjoyed watching him play this year (I'm not a G-men fan, but they are always televised here).

Kenny Phillips (knee) has been placed on injured reserve; Giants awarded S Aaron Rouse off waivers from Green Bay.

KP on IR, Rouse claimed
Career threatening?

Stop making threads about random things that mean very little overall. We have the General NFL Thread for a reason. Use it along with common sense. If it's something huge then make a thread, but not for generic simple things. It's a waste of time.

Kenny Phillips was probably the best tackler on our team, and he'll definitely be missed against the pass. This means that Johnson will probably slide back to Free Safety, with C.C. Brown plugged in at Strong Safety. They're both very good, and will pick up the slack.

Rouse might suck, but he'll be primarily special teams, so I'm not worried about the replacement. Most of the defensive packages involve extra corners, so this means just more time for guys like Bruce Johnson and Kevin Dockery (who can also play Safety ina pinch). Our cover game will come together after a week of playing together full-time, and the run defense will be OK, because we have enough Linebackers to keep a steady rotation going.

Is what the Saints are doing basically the same offense as "The Greatest Show on Turf" from the Rams of the '99-'00 and '00-'01 season? Yes, but how can anyone say that the way the Saints are dropping points on people and getting the ball into the endzone not "special?" Only one other time in history has anyone started the season with this many passing touchdowns, not to mention the saints are also putting points on the board with a decent running game and a surprising defense. My point is just because the Saints are not using an innovative new offense, doesn't mean they're not doing something that is pretty offensively special. The biggest thing they are doing is winning, and until someone can slow down that offense, we may be looking at a very special, MVP season for Drew Brees.

NFL Week 3 Predictions

Redskins (1-1) at Lions (0-2)
The 'Skins have a great defense but the offense once again is struggling. Lucky for them they play the Lions. The Lions have a good future with Stafford at QB and Johnson at WR. But its going to take time. Still don't expect this to be a blowout.
Pick: Redskins 13-3

Packers (1-1) at Rams (0-2)
The Packers O-Line has been exposed as they have allowed 10 sacks in two weeks. Don't expect that to happen this week. Look for Rodgers to have a strong game against a team that still has a lot of work to be done before they are competitive.
Pick: Packers 31-13

49ers (2-0) at Vikings (2-0)
One of the games of the week. Which defesne will step up and stop the run? I predict none. I think we will see big games from Gore and "All Day". That means this game will be about who makes the least amount of mistakes and QB play. As good as Hill is I believe Favre will step up and have a good game.
Pick: Vikings 21-17

Falcons (2-0) at Patriots (1-1)
Brady has not played as well coming off the injury. Expect him to have a good game. The O-Line tho has also been exposed as well as their defense not being as strong as years past. The Falcons have played well so far. Matty Ice is looking like one of the future superstars of the league. I expect the Falcons to be a future powerhouse but their defense, although improved, still is a weak spot. Falcons play well but fall short. Good test.
Pick: Patriots 21-20

Titans (0-2) at Jets (2-0)
So which is more surprising- Jets 2-0 or Titans 0-2? My pick is the Titans. So much talent on that team to be 0-2. Statistics show that teams that start 0-3 don't make the playoffs. The Jets look like another team that will be strong in the future but also now. Sanchez doesn't look like a kid who needed more time in college. The Jets are a good team but the Titans will win because the desperation.
Pick: Titans 24-21

Chiefs (0-2) at Eagles (1-1)
Chiefs look like they still got a lot of problems including the play of their high paid QB Matt Cassel. The Eagles got embarressed by the Saints but then again who wouldn't against that offense? Look for the Eagles to bounce back big even without McNabb.
Pick: Eagles 34-14

Giants (2-0( at Bucs (0-2)
Giants got a huge win in Dallas anf look like they could go deep again in the playoffs. Not too much to this game. Easy pick.
Pick: Giants 34-14

Browns (0-2) at Ravens (2-0)
Ravens again look legit but this time its because of the OFFENSE. Wow. The defense is not as good as before but is still solid. Another superstar QB in the making in Flacco. The Browns are just a mess.
Pick: Ravens 21-13

Jaguars (0-2) at Texans (1-1)
A couple years ago the Jags look like they could contend for years with D.G at QB, Jones-Drew and Taylor at RB, and a solid defense. That's all gone. Now the locals wamt the team to draft "The Chosen One" from Florida. The Texans have a potent offense and Williams is making that decision to pick him first over Bush and Young look great. Texans are looking to get past their 8-8 seasons so they need to beat a team like the Jags.
Pick: Texans 27-13

Bears (1-1) at Seahawks (1-1)
Without Hassleback the Seahawks offense is poor. And even without Urlacher the Bears defense is still solid. Cutler is good to play well and after the way the 'Hawks let Gore run all over them look for the Bears to try and establish the run.
Pick: Bears 17-9

Saints (2-0) at Bills (1-1)
Hard to pick against that Saints offense led by the best QB in the league Drew Brees. That offense is strong and their defense is playing well. The Bills should be 2-0 but that's the Bills. They have played well tho and Trent Edwards is playing well. Fred Jackson is running extremely well and may take Lynch's job soon. I see the Bills playing the clock game and keeping the Saints off the field. I'm sure I sound crazy but the Bills are going to take it.
Pick: Bills 28-24

Steelers (1-1) at Bengals (1-1)
This is a hard game to pick. The Bengals are a fluke play away from being 2-0. For as bad as they have been in the past few seasons we forget about how good this offense can be. They still have Palmer and Chad Johnson. The Steelers just don't seem as strong as they could be. Losing Troy hurts. Having no run game hurts more. Big Ben hold the ball too long and takes too many hits. The Bengals sneak by this one.
Pick: Bengals 17-14

Broncos (2-0) at Raiders (1-1)
For all the problems they had in the offseason, the Broncos are a real surprise. It hurts not having Cutler and having Orton. But it could be worse. They could Russel. He looks bad as a QB. You can't overthrow your recievers amd make mistakes the way he does. Its a shame because they have good backs and a solid defense. Russel will cost them.
Pick: Broncos 24-13

Dolphins (0-2) at Chargers (1-1)
I don't know what to think about the Chargers. They needed the whole game to get past the Raiders. L.T isn't making anyone second guess calling "All Day" the best RB. The Dolphins are where I thought they would be. Tougher schedule, wildcat is getting figured out. And Pennington is showing again that he can't go deep. But they played well againsy the Colts and I see them going over the Chargers.
Pick: Dolphins 24-20

Colts (2-0) at Cardinals (1-1)
The Colts don't seem like they are missing a beat without Dungy. Manning made a case for why he is considered as the best QB. The Cardinals got back on track against the Jaguars but that was the Jags. The Colts defense should harass Warner because he can't move.
Pick: Colts 35-28

Panthers (0-2) at Cowboys (1-1)
Who needs the win more? If the Panthers want any chance this season they need this game. Jake needs to have a good game to restore confidence and Peppers really needs to step his play up. The Cowboys lost their home opener. Romo showed he still has growing to do. The fans will turn on him if he doesn't perform well. The Cowboys will win because they have the more talented team. Run game and passing all over the Panthers.
Pick: Cowboys 28-16

The Washington Redskins and current QB Jason Campbell. Ive rooted for Campbell for a few years now and have been patient but the dude just is not getting it done! He can be very good at times but he reeks of inconsistency, he reminds me alot of 1 of our former QB's Patrick Ramsey in that sense. We got a solid O-Line a solid Receiving Core and a great RB, but...JC just isn't getting it done. This is his 5th NFL Season so IMO he's been given enough time now. So should we just give him this last season and NOT make the playoffs, or go out and try to make a deal in a trade or free agency? IMO JC will probably remain a Redskin this year but he's gone for next season, and I'm thinking maybe Colt Brennan will rise and shine for us, but I believe he's on IR.

Campbell was a late first round pick if I remember correctly, so he did have some pretty decent expectations. However, he hasn't shown anything special in his time in Washington. Sure, he doesn't have incredible guys around him, but Santana Moss, Randel El, and Clinton Portis should be serviceable enough for a great QB, which Campbell obviously is not.

The Redskins are in a tough division, but if they had a little more explosvie offense, especially at the QB postition, they could be serious contendors. I think that if Campbell doesn't prove that he can be an above average QB this season, he's gone. If the Redskins let him go, I'd think they'd bring in a veteran QB in free agency. The rest of their team is playoff ready, if they added a proven QB into the mix, they'd be contendors in the NFC.

Pennington's out...Kind of a shame that it happened, too. He's finally been healthy for a long stretch, and has been playing well. Now he's on the sideline, out for the day, and has more ice on his arm than penguins have seen in a while.

Henne has been OK replacing him, but they're going to need to rely on the Wildcat a lot more if he's going to miss significant time. Henne is not a long term option (yet) and obviously White isn't either if they went straight for the emergency QB in this situation...

Wow, what a Week 3 this has been. Upsets, last second victories, and unforeseen routs.. oh my.

Out of the games that've happened (all but Dallas/Carolina) I'll give my most impressed and most disappointed comments on.

Most Impressed:

1. Buffalo Bills: Sure, they lost and their offense couldn't produce shit against one of the worst Defenses in the league coming into Week 3.. but the fact that their Defense held a team that has produced an avg. of 45 points per game, to 10 points until their 17 pt blow-up in the fourth quarter was impressive.

2. Kevin Kolb: My personal silent sleeper in Week 3 didn't let me down. He went out and flat-out routed the Chiefs. Now, I get that most of you could easily claim to have seen this coming.. but, did you, did any of you, really? The Eagles could've just laid down and ran, ran and ran again with Vick's return.. but they didn't. Kolb proved that he could be a very reliable back-up; as he lead the Eagles with over 300 yds passing, and 3 total TDs.

3. Surprise 3-0's: Congrats to Denver and the New York Jets. No one predicted either of you would be here. But sweet shit you are. And you haven't just gotten lucky doing it.. well, I take that back, Denver, you're still such a shit team it isn't even funny but you have lady luck running with you somewhere.

So, Denver not withstanding - New York, you've been my sleeper team this season, and you haven't let me down yet. I think that undefeated streak may have it's toughest challenge yet, as they'll go visit the High powered Saints offense for a match-up of "immovable object vs. irresistible force."

Had the Saints not almost fell today, I would've easily said the Jets don't stand a chance. However, if the Bills Defense can hold the Saints to 10 pts through 3 Quarters, then Ryan's attitude-filled Defense is likely going to be coming for Bree's head all day. I'm still predicting a Saint's victory, in a battle of the undefeated.

4. Cedric Benson: Here's a guy who likely fell off the face of the earth to nfl faces (not supporting the Bengals) and hes quickly gaining attention once more. Hes off to a good start to the year, scoring a TD in 2 of his 3 games, and over 140 yds rushing in the off-game he didn't score a TD in. Whats even better - Benson has ran on 3 Defense's that were considered good against the run.. especially Pittsburgh, today.

Most Disappointed:

1. New Orleans Saints: Yeah, yeah they're still 3-0 and regardless of how - a victory is a victory. However, when you avg. 45 pts a game, and suddenly lay an egg against a team that's not meant to have a stellar Defense, you may wanna suddenly ask yourself what happened to that unstoppable force you once had. Especially when your next game is against a team twice as good as the one you barely defeated.

2. Washington Redskins: I'm sorry to say it, but when your star WR hits over 170 rec. yds and a TD.. and you still can't win a game against a team who's dropped the past 19.. you need to rethink a TON of things. Going into this week, I had a feeling Detroit would win and I even picked them for the upset victory. However, when you think about it.. was it honestly an upset?

I don't believe so. In fact, I think going in the Lions should've been considered the favorite because their Offense is powerful enough to produce. Its their Defense that lacks an identity. In a division as hard as the East.. the Redskins need to think of something and quick, otherwise they'll become the last place team this year. (and I don't just mean, in a division.)

3. Jay Cutler: For such a big mouth who believes he's the next big thing at that position - he's currently the laughing stock of the nfl, with 6 TDs and 5 INTs, including 3 fumbles (1 lost) in today's game. Cutler might have his work cut out for him with poor WRs.. but this is why he needs to shut his mouth and work on his playing.

4. 0-3 Surprises: The Titans, Dolphins, and possibly Panthers either are, or could be facing 0-3. After each team went to the Playoff's a year ago. Two of which, had 12-4, 13-3 records.

I can't explain whats wrong with Miami, or Tennessee for that matter. However, being a Panther's fan I can say our problem is the injury bug. People can run their mouth about Jake Delhomme - however hes now produced a better game (Wk 2) than Jay Cutler (Wk 1) & Tony Romo. (Wk 2) (two prolific QBs through a lot of people's eyes)

Carolina's Defense has lost 3-4 DT's within the start of this season. On top of that, we're facing the possibility of 7 different Starters missing Monday's game. Including LB Diggs, (Out) DE Everette Brown and SS Harris. (both Doubtful) Carolina can't hold teams, which puts all the pressure on our Offense to literally produce New Orleans-like numbers. Which, to any other team not seemingly playing as if its a video game.. is almost impossible.

Now, regardless of making excuses or not. Carolina won't quit. We could easily drop to 0-3, but not without a fight. Carolina went 0-7 the last time the injuries were this harsh to our team to begin a season. However, we finished that Season 7-9, including a 6 game win streak and just missing the playoffs as a wildcard team. So, with that being said - dropping to 0-3 isn't as big of a deal as people want to make it seem. Its rough, its tough, but its not impossible to come back. And hey, who's to say we even drop 0-3, right?

All in all, great games all day long.

Will, did you actually watch the game? That was the best the New Orleans Saints defense and running game has looked since early 2001. They were SPECTACULAR today. I mean, while they didn't score 45 points, they still scored 27, which is a good bit, and the Saints defense basically shut out the Bills (their one touchdown came off a special teams play). And the reason Brees didn't have a great game was because of the wind. That was it. Had this game took place in New Orleans, I guarantee Brees would have had a week similar to his first 2 this season. He'll prove it next week against a much better defense than the one the Bills have when the Saints play the Jets.

Anyway, still glad to see your rooting for them though. I think for the first time in my life I'll be rooting for your team tonight against the Cowboys. For one, I hate the Cowboys, but I'd also hate to see Carolina get off to an 0-3 start. While I've always felt they were overrated these past few years, they're certainly no 0-3 team.

The New York Giants? Dominant, as usual.

The Tampa Bay defense respects our wide receivers? We freaking run for 226 yards on the ground.

Eli, consistent. Our 2-punch? Great. Offensive line? Still the damn best in football. We should've won this game by 8 more points. The play calling in the red zone has to improve, however. We can't score field goals against one of the worst defenses in the NFL (right now).

The Defense? I couldn't ask for more.

Before garbage time, the bucs only managed to get less than 40 total yards on offense. We completely shut down that running game, thus making them pass and become one dimensional. It took them into third, THIRD, quarter to get a first down. Freaking ridiculous.

So far, we are outright dominating the rankings in football. Our defense is the best in the NFL right now, behind the Broncos, and should remain the top 5 by mid-season.

Statistically, we have the best pass defense in the NFL right now; from our supposed "injured" secondary. It tells you a lot about our depth. Corey Webster shut down Santana Moss & Roy Williams and didn't even have a pass completed in his direction this week. Simply put, our defense is stellar.

The offense? Great. We have the 5th best overall offense in the league. Shown in Dallas, our passing game can support itself when you take out the run. This week? We run for over 200 yards and control time of possession. It'll be tough for defensive coordinators to really stop our offense. We're old school anyway, there's nothing about predicting whether we run or pass. We just attack you -- and it works.

We should continue to dominate the standings, statistical rankings, and power rankings for the next 2 weeks, and should be 5-0 by Week 5. The Giants should enjoy pounding the AFC West.

However, we have one of the outright toughest schedules in the league after Week 5. I will enjoy these blowouts for now and our stats should look pretty for the most part.

I said coming into the season that the Giants were a top 5 team and they are playing just like that. And I had them number 1 in my power rankings last week and they are obviously going to stay there. Eli Manning looks to be turning into an elite QB. Who needs Plax? Eli certainly doesn't. I'm not a Giants fan, but getting to see them most weeks, they are a really, really good team.

I'm a huge Redskins fan and I have to say Campbell is done imo. They will ride out the rest of the season with him but that's it. Jim Zorn is done as head coach. The defense is too good and they got a good pieces on offense with Portis, Betts, Cooley, and Moss to let the QB just be so so. With Cower and other high profile coaches out there Snyder will let Zorn go. And whoever becomes the new coach will probably not want JC as QB so I just don't see him staying with the Redskins. I'm not sure if they should draft a QB or go for a trade. The team is ready now to try to make a push so a trade for one might be the best option.

A few things come to mind here. The Skins have been a team that's always been big spenders in free agency but it's always seemed to backfire and just not work out "Deon Sanders,Bruce Smith" for example. Now the 100 million dollar boy AH get's injured today but luckily it doesent seem serious as he came back. They always hire a god damn offensive minded coach, they got rid of a awesome defensive coordinator "Greg Williams" who should of been named head coach instead of Zorn anyway. Is this karma or what? lol im actually serious. I like our defense but Rogers and Smoot play half assed IMO. And YES Campbell needs to go, he's no better than his rookie season 5 seasons ago, to quote the late great Owen Hart, Enough is Enough and it's time for a change. Having a Owner that is not a Football Man with alot of money but no brains doesent help either.

As a Giants fan, I couldn't be happier about the 3-0 start. What has me even more giddy is that we have 2 fluffer games coming up (@KC, v. OAK) before we go into New Orleans, on what should be the game of the season.

Think about it...That game could decide who wins the NFC, and who gets home field when they play each other in January. I hate to sound cocky, but as of right now, the Giants and Saints are the class of the NFC, possibly of the NFL. Big kudos to the Jets also.

After sitting back and taking in all of the action from Sunday, my vote was made pretty clear to me after the game last night. Peyton Manning gets my vote here, and it's really not that close. He threw for almost 400 yards and 4 TDs, and led his team up and down the field like the Cardinals weren't even there. They scored a huge win, it just adds to their momentum.

My honorable mentions would go to Brett Favre (I hate admitting this), for bringing his team back with the final 90 seconds, and throwing the prettiest TD of the weekend. I'll also give one to Stafford, simply for scoring the win.

Who gets your vote? Why? Don't spam!

Snyder needs to get someone around him that know how to make decisions to better this team. The Dolphins have Bill Parcells. The Redskins need someone who can make the right draft picks and smart free agent signings. I think that is probably the most important thing Snyder needs to realize. He needs someone to help because spending money is not enough.

My pick goes with Farve. For all the grief the Vikings got for playing the game with him, risking the team for him, Farve made them look freakin smart. What other QB on that team would be able to make that pass? When I was watching that game I had a feeling something crazy was going to happen. Farve singlehanded won that game for them. Yes Greg make an incredible catch but he wouldn't have had anything to catch if Farve didn't get out of trouble and make that throw. On a day where he took hit after hit, the running game was not there, Farve showed up in a huge way.

I'm gonna say Kevin Kolb. While Peyton's stats were very good and Brett Favre, as much as I hate him, is one of the best clutch passers ever, I was most impressed by Kolb. He has 327 yards passing with 2 touchdowns, and most importantly, no turnovers. Even with all of the hype around Michael Vick returning and McNabb more than likely being back after the bye next week, he made the most of his opportunity and made it the Kevin Kolb Show.

DeSean freaking Jackson.

For the third week in a row he scored from 64+ yards out, had numerous first down grabs, and was explosive after the catch. Kolb's pass on the 64 yarder was behind him, he made an excellent adjustment and blew everyone away.

I may be nominating him for his efforts in the first two games as well, but it doesn't matter to me. He helped Kolb out a ton and is putting his gamebreaking speed on display week in and week out.

Thriller...Twist...I respect what Kolb and Jackson did for the Eagles Sunday, but they were playing the freakin' Chiefs.

I couldn't give Brees the MVP award following his domination of the Saints, and I can't give it to those guys for beating the Chiefs. Yes, they play great, and put up amazing numbers, but anyone can, and will, against KC. In two weeks, Kolb goes back to riding the pine, and the Eagles return to the offense that carries them, and that rarely includes the big downfield plays that you saw from these two.

People can run their mouth about Jake Delhomme - however hes now produced a better game (Wk 2) than Jay Cutler (Wk 1) & Tony Romo. (Wk 2) (two prolific QBs through a lot of people's eyes)

And both of those guys have a much better track record of individual production that Delhomme ever has. When Delhomme is relied upon to move the ball himself he's below average. Place the blame after one game? Not what I'm doing, but his track record? Supports what I'm saying.

The Eagles have been without McNabb, Westbrook, Curtis, Herremens, Stacy Andrews, Shawn Andrews, and Stewart Bradley for a good portion of the season already, and the Giants have far more injuries as well. While it's true the Panthers have the injury bug the onus doesn't fall on that, it falls on a lack of depth.

With two great RBs, Steve Smith, and a great young LB you will put wins on the board, and with favorable match-ups, have a legit shot against Dallas tonight.

With the Titans falling quick and Arizona being completely shit is it about time we see Young and Leinart on the field?

Both Collins and Warner are very old, and Warner is only good like once every five year, so the only way to get younger at the QB position is to give the helm to both Vince Young and Matt Leinart. You must think I am nuts, but during the final stretch of pre season games Young looked good, and this could be a huge confidence builder, and I believe Leinart looked strong throughout the entire pre season. Both have been with there teams for a few years now, and they should have the trust of there teammates by now, plus each team is loaded with weapons, so the young guns have a chance to succeed.

So how long before Leinart and Young both reach the field in 2009?

I don't think we'll see Young anytime soon. He's definitely next in line, but I don't think they'll go with a change until at least midway through the season, and only if all hope is lost. Collins is their best chance to win right now, and since they're built to win, he should be the man under center.

I don't think Leinart will see the field at all this year as a starter, barring injury. He's too much of a headcase, and he hasn't shown he can give the team a fighting chance to win a game. Maybe they go into next season with him starting, but for this season, they should stick with Warner.
