Miscellaneous Electronic Buttsex

Love the 90's house sound that Captain Jack delivered, its very danceable, and extremely infectious, It was an easy choice to add all 4 of those tracks to my collection, and now I'm thinking about picking up some of his remixed tracks as well.

So, late last night I was on the prowl for some fresh new music for my dome, after listening to Pandora for a while, and having no luck in finding a sound I was looking for, I switched over to itunes genius, and to my surprise they had a couple new recommendations up for me, and one was linked to the Polish Ambassador. After giving the CD a quick preview I decided to download a couple tracks, well they where awesome, so I purchased the whole CD.

The CD I ended up purchasing was Take My Breath Away, by Gui Boratto, who is a Brazilian electronic music producer, this is pretty much my first taste of Brazilian electronic music, but I absolutely love it. He's kind of like a more down tempo Deadmau5, mixed with a little of that Polish Ambassador funk. The tracks have flawless production value, and you can really tell this guy has a passion for the music he makes.

These three songs are really just a sample size of the range of electronic tracks on this CD, I've already gone three times through on this CD and I've only owned it for 10 hours, If you like well produced electronic music, that's been givin' the love and care it deserves, that don't even bother listening to these tracks, just get your hands on this CD and put it on repeat all day long.

Alright Doc, this next one is for you, this is what I was listening to before I became obsessed with the Polish Ambassador. This would go down as my number two electronic artist that I found while listening to Pandora.

The artist is Copy and the music is awesome, very similar style to the Polish Ambassador, though you can clearly tell the difference between the two. I'm going to have to do a couple different posts on Copy, just to cover all the amazing songs he's made. His music flows beautifully, its so easy to put on a Copy CD and just get lost in your own world.

I'll start off with a few of my favorite tracks from his CD Hair Guitar, top notch production and effort put forth on this CD, its almost as easy to fall in love with copy as it is to fall in love with the Polish Ambassador.

Copy

Hair Guitar

This is the first copy song I ever heard, and also happens to be the first time that I used Pandora, I love em both.

Believe it or not, I couldn't even post my favorite track, Assassinator, because it was no where to be found on youtube, but that's okay, as these other four songs will get the message across.

This is gonna be my first official Electronic Sampler Platter post. First is going to be Basshunter.

I took a bit of a look through this thread yesterday to see if there was anything interesting- I don't listen to a lot of simply electronic music- its mostly mixed in with other stuff. But yes, as soon as I heard Polish Ambassador and Infiltrating the UN I fell for it. Spent most of yesterday listening to different songs on theirs on near repeat on Youtube- though again I still think Infiltrating the UN is the best so far. So thanks for that Smooth Sexual Chocolate.

As I say I don't listen to a lot of electronic music so I am not going to really be a lot of help advising stuff here but there is one artist I would listen to occasionally that I don't see here: Crystal Castles. I got a remix of Crimewave a while ago and its grows on me the more and more I listen to it. The rest of the album is pretty good too- though it ones of those albums you enjoy more if you put the effort in rather than casually listening to.

It really puts on smile on my face, knowing that others are enjoying the Polish Ambassador as much as I do. Infiltrating the UN is a great song, just Like Crystal Castles, the Polish Ambassador rewards you each time you go back and listen.

I'm also quite happy you posted that Crystal Castles song Nita, I put a tiny review of their album up in the album review thread a month or so ago. I also though about venturing into your thread of Female song writers, and posting some Crystal Castles, because of Alice Glass. Your 100% about putting the effort into the album, though it wasn't too hard for me, as I almost instantaneously fell in love with half the songs, while the rest quickly grew on me.

Check this out Nita, if you haven't heard yet, they just released the date for their sophomore album, set for release on June 8th, this news alone made my day a whole lot better.

Here is a link for the full track list off the album, and few paragraphs as well.

Now just for fun, I'll post a few of my favorite Crystal Castles tunes, though I may as well just post the whole album, as they're all my favorites.

Don't worry all you ESP followers, I'm not even close to running out of new material for the Electronic Sampler Platter, just taking a little break, I can't spoil you'all everyday with great electronic tunes. (except for maybe Doc!) No worries though, I'm finally coming out of that 4/20 stoner haze, and I'll start us off today with some absolutely fantastic Triphop/breakbeat flowing out of Central California. So sit back, buckle up, and enjoy the ride.

Free The Robots is the name, and funky breakbeats and Jazz/triphop is the game, this is my first spotlight for any type of trip hop in the ESP, but rest assured it won't be the last.

I'll start off with a couple tracks from their original self titled 2007 ep, which also happens to be a perfect way to to introduce TripHop to the masses.

Wrapped inside this nice little spoiler are two tracks off their self titled EP, Jazz Hole, and Listen to the Future. Two totally different styles, both equally awesome.

Now, we'll move onto the recently released, more evolved sound of Free the Robots.

Their newer sound, is heavier on the electronics, and much heavier on the bass, but stays true to that classic sound featured in the song Jazzhole. This album is just the type of evolution I like to see from a band, they keep enough of the elements that made you like them in the first place, all while adding new sounds and features that continue to drive the ever evolving sound forward.

All you have to do is listen to the song Jazzhole, and then listen to the first song Sci-Fidelity off their new album Ctrl Alt Delete, and you'll be able to see and hear the evolution of sound right before you.

There you have it, my epic return to the ESP, with a stellar spotlight on Free the Robots, now do your ears a favor and give it a listen.

I can't believe I let this mother fucker slip to page two in the music section, it was damn well near page three. On the other hand, over a months time and not one other member of this forum had any electronic music to post, I find that hard to believe. So please post some electronic love in this thread, we do not discriminate.

Onto the music. Yesterday, Tobacco released their second album Maniac Meat, I'm sure most of you aren't to familiar with Tobacco, so I'll fill you in quickly. Tobacco is a side project from the band Black Moth Super Rainbow, which you can find in the album review thread, BMSR is basically a psychedelic electronic rock group, and Tobacco is the assumed name of the lead singer from BMSR, so now you know.

Tobacco's music is pretty similar to BMSR, but its a little more "normal". BMSR are pretty out their as a band, and Tobacco harnesses the sound of BMSR, but controls it, and makes it much more listenable for the common listener. I'll start off with a couple off his first album, then I'll catch you with his second as well.

So the three songs I chose below give you a pretty good idea just what Tobacco is all about, its very unique, and I can't say I've heard anything like it, well other than BMSR of course.

Here are three tracks off the new album, Tobacco did not let down his fans, and stayed true to his unique sound, just a tweak here and there, but I would say that this album is far and beyond better than his first, its a really smooth listen all the way through, and if you've liked any of the six songs posted you should definitely check out Tobacco.

I am ashamed of myself, I say. Every time I mean to post in here, I forget!

Anyway, I heard an awesome band yesterday on my Pandora and I knew that the time had come to share them with the world. They're EBM, and they popped up on my Neuroticfish station. I'm finding some great new bands that way.

Front Line Assembly

Social Enemy
Artificial Soldier

Sturm
Vanished

Epitaph
Epitaph

Front Line Assembly is a Canadian electro-industrial band that his been going since 1986 (!). I'm definitely going to have to get the CD with Social Enemy on it. May even get Epitaph. This is some good stuff.

I'm going to assume that Drum and Bass with some electronic curves can be put into this thread, just so that I can post in this very interesting thread.

Now, I made a thread a while ago that sampled a few things by the band "Pendulum". I don't know if anyone has from America or beyond has heard of them because they are quite a small act. They are Australian and moved to the UK to find some fame. They have released many a brilliant album now and they are finally starting to get recognised outside of the festival scene. Their latest album, "Immersion", is probably the best album they have done and should be considered as such. So, without further ado, here is a track from said album:

WZ's undisputed King of electronic music has finally made his way back to the homeland, now much music has been shared over the past couple of months, just not in this thread. Well that all changes today, as I will be loading this thread up with all kinds of goodies, and I can only hope for a few contributions from the masses to really push this sucker over the top. After all I created this thread to help myself discover new music in the electronic genre, so please post away.

Today's choice really couldn't have been any easier, as I look back at everything I've been listening to over the last couple of months, one artist stands out above the rest, and is name is Ronald Jenkees. Now some of you may already be familiar with this mans keyboard success, after all his immediate claim to fame was being a successful youtube artist; though I had never heard of him during his youtube days, I certainly wish I could say I've been a fan of his since the beginning.

His musical style is different than most electronic artists I've heard, though when comparing him to other like artists, I cant help but slip the Polish Ambassadors name into the conversation. Ronald and the Polish are two of the funkiest mutha fuckas you'll ever hear on a key board, and I would love for somebody to prove my ass wrong.

Now, before I get to carried away with all these words I'm going to have to give everyone a proper taste of that funky Jenkees flavor.

I'll start you off with his first song off his second CD, both entitled disorganized fun.

Inside this tightly wrapped spoiler package you'll find the mother load of electronic instrumentals off Jenkees second CD. Only click if you plan on being blown away by tight productions skills and pure funk.

For your pleasure, I'll also include a little introduction to his first album. Being introduced to both CD's at the same time, it's easy to see the evolution of his sound, and it's certainly evolved a lot.

The following track Derty, is the perfect song to just let the music describe the sound on his first album.

Now for a couple vocal slayings from the man himself, be prepared for something a little different, as in his voice and his style. His raps are not to be taken seriously, but they are to be enjoyed.

So I decided to do everyone a favor and clean up my posts with spoiler tags, helps to cut down on the loading time for those of us who like to browse 50-100 posts per page.

Onto the music, I almost posted today's artist Slugabed in the Dubstep thread, but came to the conclusion that it was more experimental that anything else, so here it is in the ESP.

Experimental bass is probably the best way to describe the music, though it's much more than that, with layers of bleeps and other soft sounds providing a very relaxing melody to go along with the other heavy sounds. There are great builds and drops along with everything else, which makes for a very unique electronic experience.

Here are a few of his EP Ultra Heat Treated, which features six extremely well produced tracks, all five star efforts in my book, here are my favorites.

Now for some remixes, he's one of the few that makes remixes better than originals. As usual, my favorite tracks for your pleasure.

Now if your only going to listen to just one track make it this one, though hopefully you've already listened to all of them, and if that's the case, you'll definitely be listening to this one.

If SSC is the king of electronic music, can I be the prince? ;)

With this post, I want to take you back in time. Back in time to 1994. Back in time when electronic music was...different. You may have owned this album, or heard of the artist, but I know for sure you've heard one certain song on it. I'm not going to post that song, because I actually feel it's one of the weakest ones on the whole CD despite its popularity.

The song in question was used in a movie based on a videogame, which is regarded as one of the better videogame movies out there. The game itself was subject to a ton of controversy due to its extreme violence for the time. It was responsible for the forming of the ESRB. That's right, this post is going to talk about Mortal Kombat: The Album, a CD of original electronic songs by the Belgian band The Immortals.

First, let's start with two songs that are sure to pump you up.

Seriously, listen to those songs on your headphones as loud as possible and you will be ready for anything. They're goofy, but man if they aren't pure awesome and beats.

Let's move on for some slightly more chill songs that still are pure old school awesome:

And finally, let's have a song that I think is a better Mortal Kombat theme than the popular one. It uses the same samples but has a totally different feel:

As one user on Youtube eloquently put it, "This album kicks your ass until shit comes out of your dick.". I couldn't agree more. This album is full of classic goodness and pure electronic. Perfect to get pumped up to. Just sheer awesomeness all around.

Fuck the prince Doc, you shall be the Golden Knight of this electronic kingdom, that's way more bad ass than a fucking prince.

So tonight I will be giving you a formal introduction to one of the funkier live electronic bands out there. The band is Big Gigantic, and they feature everything that is great about electronic music; but they add an extra spice to the pot and that spice in the saxophone. Now really, who doesn't love the smooth sound that the saxophone brings to the table, who hasn't enjoyed making sweet love for hours upon end while listening to their favorite saxophone artist.

Well enough about the boner I carry around for the saxophone, I'm pretty sure I mentioned something about this music being free. There's nothing like an artist who truly does it for the love of the music, rather than the money, especially when they actually have talent too. Anyway, just visit the web site named after the bands name, Big Gigantic, and you'll be able to download their five track EP as well as their full length album. Believe it or not, I was originally duped into paying for both of these on itunes, and even after paying for the music I still thought I was the one getting the good deal.

So now for a sample of said EP, these first tracks are definitely heavier on the saxophone compared to their newer released full length CD.

Now everyone say "Thank you SSC for gathering up all five tracks from the original Big Gigantic EP". Your all very welcome, but you know I'm not done yet, as we've only covered the first EP and still have a whole CD worth of music just floating out in the depths of the interweb.

So onto the full length CD entitled Fire It Up, again you can pick all this music up for FREE at the bands web site, and I see no reason why not to. So Fire It Up loses just a bit of the saxophone love, and polishes up their sound in all aspects, there's definitely for of a studio feel as opposed to the live feel the EP delivers.

So those are my five favorite off Fire It Up, if I had to chose; though I really could pick my top ten favorites. Great free music, as I said, nothing better than free good music, take advantage of this opportunity before they realize they should be charging for their music.

Finally, all of you closet Electronic Sampler Platter fans should make your way over to the cage and support me, SSC, in my quest to become the NXT NWS Mod.

Golden Knight...I like that.

Now, I actually meant to post this band months ago, and I can't believe no one else has. They are probably one of the most famous electronic bands out there, due to a song from their second album. They're from France, they dress like robots, and their live performances are the stuff of legend. That's right...it's

Daft Punk

Now, I didn't particularly care for their first album, Homework. For the longest time I thought it was their second album as I heard Discovery first. Even though I may not like Homework as a whole, there are some absolutely FANTASTIC tracks on there, with the best being Around The World.

In fact, I think this may be the best Daft Punk song ever. That's a bold statement, but one that may be hard to contest. It's as perfect a dance track as it's possible to be, with tight beats and vocals, and is just infectious. It's too bad the music video is set to disallow embedding, because it's hilarious and one of my favorite music videos of all time.

Here are some other good songs from Homework:

Just listen to that bass in Indo Silver Club. Amazing.

Their second album, Discovery, was the first I ever heard, and I would even go so far to call it their best album. Every track on it is excellent. Everyone's heard "One More Time", but every other track on the CD is just as good if not better. Listen:

Now, their third album, Human After All, is a "love-it-or-hate-it" affair. I personally liked it a lot, though some people hated the robotic and repetitive sounds. Take a listen and decide for yourself:

I owe a lot to Daft Punk. They're the first electronic band I ever fell in love with, and really are the ones that introduced me to the genre. What I was listening to was unlike anything I had ever heard before and it made me crave more and more, until I became the man you see today.

Finally, I want to leave you with a video of one of their concerts. Shortly after my grandmother died last year, I saw this video on Youtube and it helped me deal with it, through the power of music and the love of said music. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Doc, that Daft Punk post literally warms my heart, Around the World was probably the most influential song I heard growing up, through every phase of music I went through that song always stayed with me, and now I've come full circle being the electronic entrepreneur that I am.

I've been meaning to make this next music post for a while now, I was just waiting for enough of the songs to make there way to youtube, and it seems as if the whole album is available for my use.

Anyone who's ever talked to me about music knows I'm a big fan of the Polish Ambassador, who just so happens to be coming out with a brand new double cd this fall, but that's beside the point right now, but not completely; because the artist I'm covering right now is the Polish Ambassadors alter ego who goes by the name Ample Mammal.

Now I know what your thinking, "anyone who goes by two different persona's must make fucking epic music", well that though is correct. Ample Mammal definitely differs from the Polish Ambassador, though you can still hear a few similarities in their styles.

Ample Mammals music style is more of a hip/hip downtempo vibe, featuring samples that have been distorted beyond recognition, and some samples that you may find familiar too.

So I say we move onto the music, first I'm going to start you off with the track I feel is most similar to the Polish Ambassador, and I feel it's the obvious choice to start everyone off with.

Well, scratch those last sentences, as the videos I was going to post are no longer available, though their are a couple songs available and I will post those for you guys. Though just know I had planned on walking everyone through this album and taking them on a journey through musical awesomeness.

Here is a special mix for everyone as well, since I feel a little bad about not being able to give my full walk through on the album, I figures I would reward everyone with ten minutes of bliss.

Yo, just thought I'd stop by and share a track with you from my main Mille. He's been hot on the house/dance blog scene for about 18 months, but I only discovered his genius about 4 months ago. I've only heard a few tracks from him, but his "Crysteena" is honestly one of the greatest French House tracks I've ever heard. I think this guy could be just as big as Daft Punk and Justice. So without further ado:

Seriously, though, 0:34 to 1:05 gives me bona fide eargasm every time I listen to it.

So I totally dig that song you posted Tdigs, I went to go show some support, and buy a couple tracks on itunes, but he was no where to be found, so if you wouldn't mind pointing me the proper direction it would be much appreciated.

So I've been listening to the music channel all day today while trying to get some shit done. Well I haven't really gotten anything done, I have heard some pretty chill songs on the old tele.

This song stole my heart the second I heard the didgeridoo in the background, and for the second time in one day, It's another artist that I had yet to year from until today. This track has just a touch of that 90's trance feel to go along with all the other goodies you'll hear.

I've recently been getting into different kinds of German techno, and I'll tell you what, the Germans no what the fuck they're doing. They really have all electronic basis covered, any type of electronic style you can think of and the Germans have dropped the PWNEDBOMB on it and made it there own.

Now I know a lot of you think about that stereotypical stuff they use in movies, ultra fast paced, with some crazy German dude laying down some funky ass vocals, and that's all well in good; but the fact is German electronic is much deeper than that.

Now, recently I've been listening to a lot of Moderat in particular, and have grown very fond of his unique style. It lures you in with a familiar sounds, and keeps you hooked with it's own originality.

So this is probably my favorite song at the moment by Moderat, and it's the opening track off his self-titled album. It's got everything you could possibly want from electronic music, and then some.

Here is one with vocals, and not the stereotypical vocals that your probably thinking about, though I was tempted to add to the stereotype, but not in this post.

Please, someone give me some new original electronic music, I've been searching for the last three hours and cant find shit, is anyone has any type of suggestion I'm all ears. For fucks sake I'll even PM you a torrent of anything you want from this thread, yeah, I'm that fucking good. Just share some god damned new music with me, as my hunt for new shit keeps turning up dry, dryer than Hilary Clinton's Cunt, yeah, that's two Clinton vag jokes tonight, for those counting.

RJD2, the man is a fucking savage, from original hip-hop beats, to low-fi chil out tracks, this man is a master of his musical domain. I've known about him for a while, but it wasn't until a few months ago, when I was binging on torrents that I decided to check out one of his CD's. Well one CD led to another, which led to another, and I'm pretty sure you see where I'm going with this.

His tracks are about as mainstream as the electronic genre can get, many of his tracks have been used in commercials, television theme songs, movies and more. Though his stuff doesn't sound mainstream at all, and that's how I like it. I'm gonna post a couple of his CD Third Hand Instrumentals, which just so happens to be the first CD of his that I got into.

No hip-hop on this album, though the majority of his work would definitely be classified as such. This one is all Low-Fi, probably some of his best work in my opinion, as his hip-hop is still very good, I just find this album to be his best work.

I hope these are the instrumental versions, if not, there still fucking boss. I'll leave his hip-hop stuff for another post, as it's a completely different style of music, and I really don't feel like going on about RJD2 anymore at the moment, so listen and enjoy.

I came across a fantastic new electronic artist yesterday, top notch production, smooth beats, and great melody to top it off.

He goes by the name Ribotto, and has been producing top notch electronic jams for the last three years. His new single randomly appeared in my itunes alerts, so while trying to figure out how that happened I came to realize that he was responsible for production on half the tracks released by the Flying Skullz (I would have posted their music a while ago, but with no tracks on youtube it hard to give a true feel for their music without actually listening to it)

With a limited selection of his music on youtube, and absolutely no luck with finding torrents I was stuck with one option, and that was to purchase his music with out giving it much of a preview first. I simply started with his most popular EP's and went from there. He gives you three songs for two bucks, so right of the bat I was feeling good about it, and it only took one good listen for me to be hooked.

I literally ended up buying about ten of his EP's and scattered singles yesterday, as everything I purchased was a good as the track before it, and there's still a good ten EP's left as well as a full length CD that I've yet to check out, so I'm quite excited for the opportunity to listen to some more of this mans amazing music.

This is the only studio produced track available on youtube, it's heavier than most of his tracks and offers a great bassline that borders on dubstep, but goes much deeper than any dubstep track would ever think bout going.

Everything I heard from him was of 4 or 5 star quality and production, every track is given the time it deserves and nothing is rushed. I suggest listening to his track Math Lab Bust if you can find it, and it's more than worth the purchase if you decide to go that far.

OK, so I downloaded a great album today, and have been listening to it nonstop - probably not the best thing to do, with this headache I have, but when an album is this awesome, you push through the pain. I'll post the whole thing, for your listening pleasure.

The Prodigy
Invaders Must Die

I can't believe it took me this long to make a Prodigy post. They're a very famous English electronic band, which started in 1990. They've had such hits as Firestarter and Smack My Bitch Up. I've heard them several times but never had gotten an album by them. I heard Warrior's Dance whilst in Scotland last year, and heard Invaders Must Die in the Scott Pilgrim vs. The world trailer, so I thought I might as well download the newest album that featured those two songs.

Man, what a great album. It is a nonstop barrage of sound from the word go, and you come out of it feeling exhausted but exhilarated. It's like the best kind of thrill ride at a park, the type to ride over and over again. My favorite tracks are Invaders Must Die, Take Me To The Hospital, and Warrior's Dance, but really each track is fantastic.

I suggest listening to his track Math Lab Bust if you can find it, and it's more than worth the purchase if you decide to go that far.

It's been a good two months since the last post was made in the ESP, and it's obviously way past due.

I figured I would pick up exactly where I left off, and that's exactly what I'm going to do. I ended my last post with a recommendation for everyone, and I'm sure nobody went out of there way to try and listen to the track I recommended; but I can't really blame anyone for that now... So with a little help from my main electronic man Doc, I now have the knowledge and the skills to bring you all the music that had been previously cock-blocked by youtube and others.

Now for delivery of said song.

Ribotto - The Mathlab Bust

Awww Yeeaahh people, the flood gates have been opened, and the new electronic music is about to start flowing once more. I've got quite the collection of delicious Ribotto tracks that I will be uploading and debuting over the next few weeks, as well as many other new artists, all for your listening pleasure.

AWW YEEEEEEEAAAAHHHH

Neon Indian

Neon Indian is a great band. It's a member of the Chillwave movement and consists of one guy, Alan, though he has a backup band live. They've only released one album, Psychic Chasms, but it's a good 'un. I saw them in concert a few weeks ago and loved it. Their music is very chill and relaxing, but dancy at the same time. They have a unique, unpolished sound that I really enjoy. Seeing them live is quite the experience, as all their previously chill songs are dance parties. It's great. Favorite tracks are "Should Have Taken Acid With You" and "Deadbeat Summer".

I'm looking forward to their next CD. Be sure to check them out sometime!

I'm looking forward to the next Neon Indian Cd as well Doc, I started listening to his music either right before, or right after I started listening to MGMT. Either way, it's good music, and well worth the listen. The full CD barley crosses the 30 minute mark, so it's great for anyone with a shit attention span too.

The end track off Psychic Chasms is quickly becoming my new favorite.

Are you a fan of MGMT as well Doc???

Alright, onto today musician, another local guy from the Bay which means it's damn sure gonna be good.

Today's artist is VibeSquaD, and the inspiration for this post is the brand spankin' new CD that I picked up last week and have been blasting on my computer and in my car non stop. The infectious combination of ultra heavy bass and amazing melody's that groove in and out of the ever present base is more than enough to pre-maturely blow your load.

VibeSquaD does a pretty shitty job of uploading their music to youtube, so I've taken it upon myself to spread this amazing music to the masses and uploaded my favorite three tracks off the new album The Fire for the sole purpose of YOUR enjoyment.

VibeSquaD - Funkwear

Funkwear was the first track to really catch my attention off the new release, when the first drop comes around at 1:23 it's literally like a little slice of electronic heaven for the ears to consume.

VibeSquaD - Empower the Wallflower

Empower the Wallflower is quickly becoming my all time favorite VibeSquaD track, and that's saying something as I'm currently 4 Cd's deep into his amazing collection of melodic/bass masterpieces. This is the ending track on the album and it really leaves you wanting more, when a Cd has been out for a week and you already can't wait for the nest release you know you've done something right as a musician.

Finally I'll leave you with another great little jam off The Fire, this one is called Snap Dragons, and it's your standard VibeSquaD 4:20 jam. He's takin' his melody's to whole new level on this album, and I've been colored impressed to say the least.

I picked up the most recent Deadmau5 cd 4x4=12 earlier this week, and I gotta say, its just okay.

There where a few decent tracks, and a couple of stand out ones; but then there where some tracks that stood out for the wrong reason, these tracks where utter mainstream GARBAGE. Now I know that with success comes money, and with money comes a more generalized sound, and with that generalized sound comes collaborations that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. Now I don't want to get hung up on a couple shit tracks, but if you want to hear some dumbass biatch who can't sing, can't rap, can't keep a melody, and sounds like a cat being put through a blender then check out the tracks "Sophie Needs a Latter" and "One Trick Pony" - I mean the fact that he labeled the second track featuring this broad One Trick Pony tells you everything you need to know about her skill set; and one trick pony is being a little gracious on the part of Mr. Deadmau5.

There where a few quality tracks, and those two shit songs don't damage the CD to the point where it's no longer listenable, but they do have me hitting the skip button within the first 5 seconds of the track; but in the end it's just 10:41 worth of music on a CD that has well more than an hour of original beats.

So far my favorite track has been the opening track "Some Chords", it's got that classic Deadmau5 vibe to it, high energy with nice builds and drops.

I was also excited to get my hands on the high quality version of "Get in the Cart, Pig" which was supposed to be released as a bonus track, but for some reason it didn't make the cut, I blame that bitch Sophie. No worries though, I got my hands on the track for free anyways.
