Finally managed to watch the 2nd episode.
What the fuck! This is some crazy shit going on now. The Temple is awesome, as is cool Asian guy. Sayid is dead but somehow not dead, his accent is gone and he doesn't know what the hell is going on (he's not alone) which suggests that he isn't Jacob.
At the same time, the man in black is tearing shit up and there's no-one who can stop him. Evidently he's homesick and you'd assume his home is the temple which he's likely been banished from. Things look rather bad for Mr Richard Alpert, who it's suggested may have been on the Black Rock.
In other land, the entire island is under fucking water, the plane didn't crash and everyone is going about life. How in the blue hell they're going to tie these two stories together is a mystery to me.
