JBL is above the IC title, as is Y2J to be honest, surely they wont waste time with JBL and Y2J when they have HBK-Y2J to get on with.

Id like Jericho to drop the title before hand though, but to someone more IC title level, hell even Kennedy, just to give the man some gold.
