If those ten seconds are the climax of a match, yeah it would. Would the ending of Star Wars been have awesome if "Luke, I am your father" had been in the trailer?

Yup. Lots of parity. Even the guys on tears only have them for a week or two, then lose a match. Helps to keep it unpredictable.

That's something I've never gotten either, especially when they talk about the results all night and we'll see Aries later on.

Well that's good, because he's not "carbon copying" Foley's character. Foley's character was a boiler-room occupying freak who pulled out his own hair and screeched his way through promos and matches. Abyss is a "monster", apparently with multiple personality disorder.

If this is a rehash, it's of the concept, not the character.
