I'm considering being a bouncer..

I have the size for it. I'm 6'6 and about 374 lbs. I just am undecided. My family would look down on it because I have a high IQ and they want me to use my brain instead of my stature. Has anyone here ever been a bouncer? Comments? Anything?

You seem like you would be perfect for bouncing. With that much weight, the elastic force of a trampoline would cause great double bounces on the other people on the trampoline with you.

The IQ portion of this post is ridiculous. as Trampoline is an official Olympic sport, has is it not intelligent to go out there and win a medal for your nation?

I have a mate who went to bouncer school, whatever that is, and my cousin is a bouncer in Liverpool. I would only recommend it if you are prepared totake a lot of shit from drunk girls. Not men, because you can manhandle them. I've seen girls lob classes at bouncers, and they can't do anything. It's a job where patience is essential.

My dad is senior manager of a security firm and take it from me, it is not a good job to do. He started off as a bouncer and it is a thankless job man. Go for it if you want to but to be honest, it is hard and not worth it. Also, they get paid pittance.
