Yes i couldn't agree anymore but. I do agree that his matchs are a joke i don't find them entertaining i would rather run into a wall... seriously.. but anyways i would keep him in the company for little backstage skits and mayb even manage a bit i found some of the stuff with finly on smackdown was rather amusing like when he was throwing water ballons and shooting people with water guns it was great so keep him for the entertainment side of the WWE but do NOT keep him as a wrestler.

I don't thing Hornswoggle need to go because he's one of the biggest draw with kids and they are the most important demographic right now. The fact of the matter is that the WWE wants to appeal to kids and couldn't care less about us right now so if your a wrestling fans that doesn'T have kids you don'T count in the eyes of WWE officials. That's why Hornswoggle still have a job, sure he was better when he was with Finlay and it was a bonehead move to seperate him from Finlay but kids still love seeing him so that why he still in the WWE.

Hornswoggle's not going anywhere. The WWE kid initiatve is in full swing and Hornswoggle is kid friendly. He may ruin pro wrestling one match at a time, and he may be destroying what was once a great career for Chavo Guererro. But he's good for kids and in that instance, he's good for Vince.

I'm in the same boat as saying if he left the WWE, it would be better off, but his kid friendly behavior's not going anywhere. Putting him in matches is a stretch. If he's to wrestle, put him up against midget jobbers or something. NOT against a man with the pedigree of Chavo. It goes to show you how much the WWE respects family heritage in wrestling. If Kevin Von Erich were still wrestling, he'd be the one jobbing to Horny, too. It's how Vince operates. If he thinks it's funny, then it's funny. No matter what anyone else has to say. It's sad, but true.

The only time Hornswoggle has entertained me and made me laugh is when JBL destroyed him in that cage match.
Maybe if Chavo gets him in a cage at some point the pain of the last four matches will be worth it, but I don't hold out much hope.

Yh thing is they took hornswaggle away from finlay to promote finlay up the ranks a bit as a more established and respectable superstar, maybe winning a championship, but finlay isn't getting much action on smackdown and honswaggle's getting air time on raw which is making fans angry. Whatever they tryed to do just isn't working, yet another waste of good talent in Chavo and more soft television frustrating the fans! Sorry i have a big opinion on the change in WWE recently!

I disagree, Swaggle, is there for the comic relief. It's wrestling yes that's what we wanna see, but it's a television show none the less. Face it kiddies it's all about the rating..because it's a television show incase you weren't paying attention. Hornswaggle has appel especially to small children and will play a big part in WWE being a family show. So Swoggle will be here to stay.

Chavo on the other hand, if there is nothing creative can do with you but have you lose to Hornswoggle so be it. Chavo has kids he has to feed, it's a job and in any normal job you do what you're told. (That was all meant with no pun intended.) Probably every wrestler enjoys what they do.. if they win or lose, they are there because it's their dream. No maybe if Chavo wanted to boost his status, he could do what Jeff Hardy and Christian did.. go to TNA, then return to WWE and reap the benifits of not losing to Hornswaggle, until then, keep playing GTA if you don't like it.

Hornswoggle give something for the kids. He is lovable little character, who plays jokes on wrestlers. He is a leprechaun from Ireland apparently. What does that make him? A wrestler with a gimmick. If you hate it, then you obviously hate gimmicks, because at one point,e very superstar had one. The Attitude Era was filled with them. The golden years were filled with them. They had gimmicks. Maybe gimmick wrestling has become limited, ever since the Brock Lesnars of the WWE killed them. Gimmick wrestling history is as long as hornswoggle's dic... beard.

I think it's time to put in my two cents regarding my favorite midget of all time. Hornswoggle is and always has been a great performer and a great wrestler considering his limitations. Yeah, he doesn't get a lot of chance to show off his technical brilliance given the fact that most of his opponents stand head and shoulders (and sometimes waist) over him, however, if you really want to see the little guy shine, check out the Mini Royal Rumble during the "Illegitimate McMahon" storyline.

Wrestling aside, it doesn't seem that he's really there for the major brutality matches. In a world where much of pro wrestling is a circus anyways (as has always been the case with the WWF/WWE) there is a tradition of "clowns" for comic relief. The most obvious of these, of course, is Doink and while most will remember him with something of a blush, one cannot deny that Matt Osborne took that character and made him one of the WWF's most memorable (so much in fact that he tends to end up in nearly every Raw vs. Smackdown game in one form or another.) Others have followed, some more memorable than others and admittedly some with more wrestling ability than others. Doink was an excellent wrestler as was Eugene (who seems to be making a comeback) and both were there primarily for comic relief. Nowadays, the WWE has several clowns, Santino Marella for one (whose cross-dressing days will never be forgotten no matter how we may try), Goldust, Festus, and the greatest of them all: Hornswoggle. Why do I say he's the greatest among them? His sheer commitment to the character as well as his total lack of restraint. That willingness to do anything on the simple grounds that he feels like it coupled with his minuscule size makes for a hilarious character.

I can understand peoples objections to the various ways he's embarrassing Chavo. My thought is, if they wanted to give Hornswoggle a real wrestling push as would seem to be the case, they should have used not just Chavo, but various other jobbers as well. Not simply have him win over Chavo in various situations, but maybe throw in The Brian Kendrick (that is if he hadn't been fired), Santino, or others.

To finish, and I know some will disagree, but I very much enjoy Mark Henry as a face, especially with a slightly silly side as we've been seeing, and watching him do a heel-click at the end of his match against Chavo in place of Hornswoggle was far too funny for words.

Hornswoggle is a f*ckin' joke. Why in the hell do fans have to be forced to watch this crap? This is what pisses people off. Watchin' a fat midget beat Chavo Guerrero is NOT funny Vince. It is NOT entertaining. This is a slap in the face of intelligent wrestling fans. And I just continue not to go to WWE Events. John Cena, Hornswoggle, D/X, and this stupid ass guest host every week is just CRAP. John Cena is NOT the Rock. John Cena is NOT Stone Cold Steve Austin. He should not be forced down our throats like he has been for almost 5 years now. The WWE should get out of the Entertainment business and get back in the Wrestling business. Their movies suck ass, their characters suck ass, and their shows suck ass and can go suck it, cause no one likes it at all.

I can understand having something for the kids ... but you know what ... adults (who are the majority buildup of the audience) have to put up with this stuff to, and I think it is grossly unfair that adults are being completely disregarded in this matter.

I pushed the idea in another thread, but if we can get an online petition going in which everyone who signs it vows to turn off Monday Night Raw for either the duration of the segment or even for the rest of the program any time a Hornswoggle vs Chavo match is aired (and I can guarantee that they are going to have another one next week with Bob Barker guest hosting) than when Vince sees a couple thousand people telling him that their TV sets are getting turned off, maybe that will register with him.

It is complete disregard for his adult audience.

I'll give Hornswoggle a lot of credit. His feud with Jamie Noble was funny. But, as soon as he became Vince Mcmahon's long lost son, I think that was when Hornswoggle started to wear down. I hate the feud with Chavo. I'm sorry Hornswoggle if he is going 2 stay in the WWE, he needs to go back to managing Finlay, or they need to release him.

its degrading when someone loses to him. i wish they would just make him stay under the ring like he used to. now he has merch and a damn theme song. its horrible when i see him beat a Guerrero, every damn week, but on TNA im getting 5 star matches with aj styles and the guns. he doesnt need to go cuz the man does need to make a living, but he should be finlays manager of sorts again, hiding under the ring. he shouldnt be allowed to wrestle at all. i liked him when he was heel with finlay

Hornswoggle's antics definitely add something to the programme, and while not necessary, they do make the show more appealing to certain demographics. I don't like it, butmy attention span isn't short enough to make me turn it off while he's on screen. When he's in the ring, he kills wrestlers' momentum, but as a manager, he'd be ok. I don't really understand the logi behind breaking him up with Finlay, Finlay hasn't really gone cool now. I'd personally put him with the divas, nobody cares about that anyway, and it gives him ample matches that nobody gives a shit about to ruin.

If Mr. Kennedy hadn't gotten suspended, we wouldn't be in the position where he garnered sympathy and reaction from the illegitimate McMahon angle, he'd have remained a nobody. Hornswoggle should stay, but he should also stay out of the ring.

I thought I was alone in siding with Chavo. Obviously not. It made me sick to my stomach seein someone as respectable as Chavo lose to this...this...midget. Horny might be funny for kids but adults watch this show as well. To have someone from a wrestling pedigree treated like this is ridiculous. He couldve just sat on Horny and beat him but they had to have someone help Horny like always. Horny is how old, man fight his own battles and not have the likes of Finlay or Bourne help him.

Although overshadowed by Eddie, Chavo has always been a consistent performer and is a talented wrestler, but all he has done recently is to job in some of the worse storyline creative have come up with; Losing the ECW title in record time, lackey in La Familia, then Vickie's personally wheelchair chauffer and now losing to swoggle constantly.

Although he has probably been cursed to the point where no one will consider him seriously, i would hope that he was given another chance to show that he can actually wrestle.

I just hop ethe swoggle curse doesnt befall evan bourne. Move him to smackdown before he succumbs!!!

Ok, while I do agree they overkilled the whole Chavo-Horny thing, I for one like the goofy little bastard. When he does his little comedy skits it's pretty funny. Hell, I thought it was great when he came in dressed up like Shawn Michaels on Raw, and Trips went to try to catch him after he superkicked the standee and ran off. Hunter just laid there on the floor with this perplexed look on his face, it was classic! Little spots of humor I can definitely stand. Hornswoggle is awesome. lol

Hornswoggle should be used for backstage segments only and never enter a ring ever again. He's good with the kids but that's about it. He's awful in the ring and just doesn't do it for anyone. He needs to stay in the back where he's actually watchable.
