Help Me Pick The Cities For The Tournament

klunderbunker

Welcome to My (And Not Sly's) House
The finals will be in Miami. I need the following:

Four regional final cities
Two subregional cities per region
Arenas in each

This would be a total of 12 cities and venues to hold the first four rounds in. Include some international cities as well as they'll be included somehow. For the four regional final cities, keep in mind that the four regions will be as follows:

WWE (top overall region)
WCW (second overall region)
ECW (third overall region and everything under ECW rules)
International (fourth overall region and rules are as they traditionally are in the host countries)

  2. Atlanta
  3. Philly
  4. Tokyo
  5. Chicago
  6. Montreal
  7. Mexico City
  8. Toronto
  9. Orlando
  10. London
  11. Pune, India
  12. Puerto Rico

San Antonio, Texas [AT&T Center]

Detroit, Michigan: Ford Field, Joe Louis Arena, Palace of Auburn Hills (technically in Auburn Hills, Michigan)

Why would you throw the intentional arenas away on places where the traditional wrestling environment is indistinguishable from in the US?

Stick them in Japan or Mexico else there's hardly any point.

In other news: sadly my pitch to have one of the regions be 'the past' doesn't appear to have made it.

I'm kinda curious why we still have the ECW region, if we are going to base one of teh regions off a dead promotion surely there are better choices.

Aren't we keeping ECW around for the Extreme Rules matches? The only other viable alterative would be to replace ECW with TNA.

Tokyo, Japan [Tokyo Dome] – International Region
Mexico City, Mexico [Arena México]
London, England [O2 Arena]

Thanks for the format, Echelon.

I always thought the ECW region was one of the better wild cards.

I was also a fan of making the WCW region have no top rope moves, but the riot wouldn't have been worth it.

Rupp Arena - Lexington, KY

Nationwide Arena - Columbus, OH

Convocation Center - Athens, OH

Civic Center - Charleston, WV

I know they're not likely or very good, I'm just going for some locality in my choices.

Would love if one of the WCW sites was at Club La Vela, That's really all I can offer

Edit; sorry, I have more. How about Sturgis for WCW?

I really can’t think of a third place for ECW aside from Paul Heyman’s backyard or basement.

International
Somewhere in Europe
Somewhere in South America
Bulacan, Philippines - Philippine Arena

I’m a Filipino from South Jersey. Can you tell??

I'm telling you; someone's gotta get knocked into the pool at Club La Vela, or your WCW region is invalid

If you're running the semi-finals in the regions close to Miami, there's

The Bank Atlantic Center - Sunrise, FL
American Airlines Arena - Miami, FL
Sun Life Stadium - Miami, FL
Bank United Center - University of Miami (which I'm pretty sure has never hosted a WWE event, if that's relevant).
