Hey hey, this is not how the Midwest Connection does business god damn it.
Brothers always fight. We always have their backs too. That's what makes the MwC so awesome.

Make it a classic. Always the classic.
I fucking miss the food up there. So many great things that just dont taste the same here. Texas has its moments, but for a great pizza you really cant expect too much. A few places hold their own with certain things, but there is nothing like a real deep dish.
Except, you know... actual pizza.
Hey its not my fault your small NJ arms cant hold a real pizza.
I do like a good traditional slice, problem is so few places make pizza right. Most places just pile on toppings to add 'value' instead of doing a few things well. Pizza is supposed to be simple. Fresh ingredients with a good crust, cheese & sauce ratio. Seems easy but so many places just fuck it up with frozen toppings or a greasy sponge crust. That is why the smaller places are usually better every time.
Funny enough, the first place I moved after graduating has a place with great pizza right down the street. Unfortunately, they're only open until 10 PM, so if you want late night pizza you have to go right back to the mediocre-at-best stuff.
Bad pizza is like bad pussy. It isn't really that bad.

You a Malnati's guy or a Gino's? Although there are always a few nice hidden gems for deep dish & Italian beef sandwiches. Where are your favorite stops?
I'm a Lou's guy. As I get older and travel out of the suburbs more I try to find other places to go. Still need to try Al's Beef, but Portillo's makes my mouth water all day every day.
So it has been over 48 hours since my drug test and I've yet to hear anything, which I'm taking as a good sign. I also haven't been alerted in any other way about my references not checking out (which I am a little worried about considering two of the past jobs I've listed may not have anyone there that remembers me), so I'm allowing myself to get excited for this job. I'm not so confident that I'm ready to go out and buy some new clothes for work (I'm going to wait until the weekend for that), but I am letting my imagination run wild with what type of workplace persona I'm going to adopt.
I'm thinking the stern but fair hard ass with a heart of gold.

Bad pizza can give you gut rot, bad pussy can give you VD.

HOW MUCH IS THAT IN STONE?
Roughly 19?
I dunno, that's off the top of my head.
So back in July I was up to 305. I was counting calories and what not, which I lost roughly 20 pounds from. Then from like late August until early November I fluctuated between 287-294 since I wasn't counting anything. Then I started working out, eating proper portions, and cutting pop and alcohol down to one or two days a week. Since November I'm down to 267.
Felt the need to let someone know that that may or may not give two shits.
