As for me? I find other people's children to be the best contraceptive. When I see the brats some people have to deal with, I've never been happier to be alone in this world. I like kiddies, I just don't want to have one.

A lot of the behavioural problems that people face with puppies is that they get them too young. Puppies learn how to behave and how far they can go with playing from their siblings and mother. Getting a puppy of 4 weeks old means that it has barely had any chance to learn where the line is.

I guess marathons are the order of the weekend. I picked up the complete series DVD collection for Rocko's Modern Life after work yesterday (browsing at Wal-Mart and it was only 20 bucks), so a Rocko marathon is definitely going down at some point this weekend.

The problem is that there are rarely puppies that old for sale as people snap them up long before that.

We only got Judy at 15 weeks because she was the runt of the litter, although that turned out to be a blessing as she remained more puppy-ish and thin than her fellow corgis.

Having a child would easily be one of the worst things that could happen to me. Definitely not THE worse (that would probably go to being killed, maimed, physically mutilated in various ways, etc.), but probably top 25 worst possible things that could happen.

At least those things only happen to you though, whereas your shit parenting will fuck up a kid that might've stood a chance. Thats my purely and totally selfless excuse reasoning for not wanting kids.

Yeah, Rocko was close, but Ren & Stimpy was the champ. What I like about Rocko, though, is that it's great satire and it totally works on two levels. The gross out stuff and sight gags were great when I was a kid, but as I've gotten older, every time I watch an episode I catch something I didn't notice or didn't get before.

I'll use my superior Jewish deal hunting skills to sniff out a deal, drive down the price, and get an awesome puppy.

My first dog we got at 6 months old, so they're definitely out there. He came with all sorts of issues though (heartworms, some sort of digestive thing, gross stuff), so the first few months were rocky, but he wound up living for 13 years I think, so it all worked out.

I always thought Ren and Stimpy was more gross than dirty, whereas many of the jokes in Rocko were very much adult themed.

Yeah, your decreased activity definitely has hurt the entertainment level of the forum. And I agree that the days of horrible, but entertaining posters are gone. No more Noah or Sully; now we just get Honky Dong Man making a butt out of himself once a month or so.

I think I mostly handed out warnings for signature violations. I didn't really have much else to do besides not work on the WrestleZone Hall of Fame.
