Glass Ass: The OFFICIAL JGlass Thread

Barbosa, I finally started watching Game of Thrones (I got Season One like 8 months ago but never got round to seeing it). Good stuff and I've powered through the first season this past week. I like it, though my girlfriend loves it. She seems particularly fond of Daenerys Targaryen and was a sad panda when
her man (Moon and Stars) went and died.

Ohhhhhhh my goodness, Game of Thrones comes back in two weeks. Life will soon be sweet again like cotton candy dipper in chocolate and topped with ice cream.

That sounds positively vile, but you get the point.

At least you handled it the manliest way possible. Well, the manliest way possible where both men live. I'm pretty sure in the 18th century these types of things were settled with duels.

I just had sex. Well not just, but last night. Figured the whole world should know at this point.

Who's the lucky lady?

I was a little rusty -- that should have been the first question asked.

Your WrestleZone Duties, listed in descending order of importantance

  1. Asking people if they, "Peed in her butt"
  2. RP'ing for WZCW
  3. Doing whatever it is you do when you're a mod. I feel like I should know what that is...

JGlass knows.

EDIT: I try to shoehorn a "JGlass knows" in whenever I see fit -- it felt right.

This is good.

Keep watching. Buy Season 2. Become addicted to it and suffer from withdrawal once Season 3 ends.

I don't know if its just on the Blu-Ray edition or on the DVD too, but there's a fantastic extra feature where things like Robert's rebellion and how Theon came to stay with the Starks are told from varying viewpoints by some of the cast.

The second trailer for the new series made me sad that I may need to wait a while before seeing it. Seven Hells!

Actually, I have yet to watch either of my GoT boxsets as I completely gorged on the recorded/downloaded copies I have.

Should probably be watching them now in preparation for Season 3 but I am engrossed in Battlestar Galactica.

Finished Assassin's Creed II last night. Highly enjoyable with all the mix of missions that the first game sorely lacked. The cities were fantastic and the story integrated well with actual historical events.

Having said that, the plot was not without its holes. The vault in Rome required far more build than it received - which was essentially an "oh, that is what Rodrigo has planned" when instead there should have been some at least some speculation about what was inside. It meant that the big reveal of what was in the vault did not feel like that big a deal.

What was in the vault also felt completely out of place with the rest of the story - a bit like the end of Indy IV with the interdimensional beings - a story dominated by political plotting, intrigue and religion only to be overshadowed by something else. The Pieces of Eden should have remained a complete mystery rather than trying to explain what they were.

AC 3 on the Wii U next.

Well if those interdimensional beings are disappointing for you, you're going to hate the rest of the game since they're a major part of the story.

I don't remember being let down by the vault because of the video that you piece together throughout the game by looking at those glyphs. That video gives you a pretty good idea of the spectacular things that are going on.

Also, you do realize that Brotherhood and Revelations come in between 2 and 3, right? And they're not just expansion pack type games either, they have full blown plots that you'll need to see if you want to know what the hell is going on.

That or you can just read the plot summaries on the internet and save yourself a few months of gaming.

The full Coco plus eye contact.

We talked about it, essentially deciding not to talk about it. What's the opposite of awkward? Because it wasn't that.

Oh dear, both of you frozen for what felt like an eternity I expect. Now you face a lifetime of akward silences every time one of you or a third party unwittingly says something tht reminds you. Unless one of you gets drunk and tells everyone. Those are the most obvious sitcom tropes anyway.

I did not pee in her butt unfortunately. We actually talked about it at the bar. Was almost a dealbreaker but I wanted to get laid and it was no time to be picky.
