Inflation is ridiculous. Working the same position at Aldi's here in Nashville or Bowling Green you'd probably make $8.25. Managers would likely make $13-15.

UK's minimum wage for 21 and older is, according to Wikipedia, the equivalent of $9.83.

I'm not going to argue with you there. Pay starts at £7.70 an hour, which is awesome & can rise to over 11 quid if you really work for it.

So this is Aldi the supermarket? You know I always thought supermarkets would just pay minimum wage which is what £6.21 still?

Any job is better than no job in my eyes so congratulations!

On another note, I always get Aldi and Lidl muddled up. Very similar colour schemes...
