Contract signing today.

So, I officially sign the contract for my new job today at Aldi. After 10 peoplewnt for it & a two week trial, I was the one to end up getting it. It's good money & everyone's nice around the place, so I'm looking forward to it!

Having a contract signing though, do I put my boss through the table we sign over?

Aldi's actually a really good place to work for.

A friend of mine's brother in law worked for Aldi. He started in the supermarket and ended up regional manager. He's minted. He left to start his own business.

I assume this will end with you putting the regional manager of Aldi through the table, about 30 seconds after you've signed.

Or he signs the contract and they say "Ha you should have read the contract. You'er actually signing for Netto!"

Then the lights go out and the Mexican hat dance/Let it shine rings through the arena.

This has just reminded me of pre-mental Justin Lee Collins, Alan Carr and Lily Allen's brief collaborative effort.

Supermarkets always pay pretty well. When I worked at McDonald's, if you got a job at Somerfield, it was like finding the holy grail.

When I was on holiday from Uni back in the day, I think Sainsbury's used to pay me something in the range of £8-9 an hour for night shift work.

After taking the time to get qualified and traveling several thousand miles to do specialist work, I now make considerably less as an hourly rate.
