As at 14 Posts you are classified as a Newbie. You also were spamming in that thread by what you said, you also didn't use real english. That last one is just a pet peeve of mine for forums.
No. Freedom of speech is not yours on this site. Minor flaming like what you did might get looked over if you are a regular GOOD poster. But your not. Your allowed to dissagree with people but there's no need to act like a dick about it. If you act like a dick you can only expect to get the same in return.
A) That's spam. No complaints, it's spam. Deal with it.
B) Write in English. If you cant spell then that's no problem. Being lazy and writing word's like u instead of you is.

But spelling out the words is just something small you can do to improve your posts as well as adding to them as well. See thats the problem with posters like you, you get warned, complain, then when you have obviously been trumped by Intelligence you resort to the old "You Mods are sad you have no lives" routine. Trust me we've seen it over and over again. I have yet to see a warning for Spam on these Forums that wasn't deserved in some way, maybe if you had bothered to read our rules when you first signed up (they are at the top of EVERY Forum) you wouldn't have got warned.
As far as the whole Freedom of speech thing goes, there is no such thing on the Internet. Like Jake said, these are privately owned Forums, and as the people that run these forums it is our right to decide what is allowed and what isn't. Being a dick to other posters when you have only been here two minutes is not allowed, we do let things slide when people have proven themselves to be good posters who respect other people's opinions.
If you want to act the way you are acting then I suggest you go somewhere else and do it, because that shit doesn't fly here.

If wrestling were actually good nowadays and this was a good forum, I might care more about getting an infraction but there are hundreds of boards around so do as you must.
I think you will find there is several types of spam. You spammed on this forum the correct way by either giving a shit reply with no reasons, or going off topic. Forgive me for not remembering.

speaking of spam i would like all of this bs drama about cena to be considered some kind of spam it does nothing for the disscussion to have 500 people go "oh im done watching raw cena sux and he is gay" and to only have about 6 having a legit discussion. I think this is no different then when a few months ago this forum was infested by spammers promoting another forum.

I wasn't even spamming, I was tell everybody what would be my matches at Judgement Day, so I guess that everybody else if they write a post even with more that ten lines but less that fifteen they will get a report from you? That's just annoying, there's a lot of people that wont share their opinions because of that, this is just my two cents, but I think you should be moderate in this cases, I didn't ment to spam, altought I believe I'm right on this case.

If you just list match's it's spamming. You need to give reasons. Everybody get's treated the same. You were spamming. You don't have to give long answers, but you still have to give an opinion.
If you find it annoying that's your problem. Don't spam and you wont recieve warnings. It's pretty simple. Most of the other members cope just fine.
