Fighting gods is something of a natural progression, even if the likes of King Yemma and all the Kais are beneath the Super Saiyans.

Still trying to find the rest of One Piece. Safely obviously. Hulu has a lot of episodes, but is missing well over 100 of them right now and I don't want to get too much deeper only to end up missing a lot of the series. Hulu is better than I thought on Anime, but the lack of dubbed stuff is annoying. (If all they have is 4kids dubbed episodes, I would rather read subtitles.)

Started watching Sword Art Online the other day and I'm liking it. The story reminds me of .hack which probably no one else played or watched but they seemed to have taken that idea and made it a much larger and in depth world, I guess. I like the stories and the fight scenes aren't the main focus despite being one of the draws. My only complaint is the main character gets a bit dull. He's powerful and he only plays solo, we know.

Also about to finish Angel Beats which was surprisingly good. I literally just picked a random anime on Netflix to watch and turned out to be a pretty unique story. Other than the story it's just standard anime progression and stuff but it was done well and I'm looking forward to watching the last few episodes.

Not likely. Unless they want to pretend like GT never happened. Which I suppose is their prerogative. I personally am of the mindset that not all of GT was terrible. Maybe there could be some ascended state much like Super Vegeta and Super Trunks were capable of before ascending to SSJ2. But that was always really damn confusing, and in my opinion only happened because - of course - Goku can never be overshadowed.

Has anybody seen the new series Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic? It's on Hulu, and is quite new. I caught the first episode - it's really, really weird. One of the main characters has an obsession with boobs. It gets...strange. I'm not sure it intrigued me enough to carry on to the second episode.

Basic plot, without spoilers, is that these weird towers pop up all around the planet. THey host demons and monsters and gold and magic items, but few are able to make their way through them. Alibaba, a young worker sick of toiling in the hot sun for assholes all day, decides he wants to journey through one of the towers. He randomly encounters Aladdin, the aforementioned weird little kid with an obsession with boobs that calls everyone "brother" or "sister" in a way that REALLY makes the story confusing at the start. Let me help you out - he's not related to Alibaba. He's got a magical flute thing that summons a Djinn and wrecks shit. Together they go on adventures.

That's pretty much the plot of the first episode. If you're into One Thousand and One Nights-themed manga or anime, it might be worth your time. Super weird though.

No, there is going to be a state beyond Super Saiyan 3 that is not Super Saiyan 4 in the new movie. Goku will use it against the God of Destruction.

I have mixed feelings on Battle of the Gods, but I won't know for sure until I see the movie. The events of Dragonball Online are considered canon, and they replace the events of DBGT. It would be typical if the events of BOTG contradicted those as well.

That aside I'm sure the movie will be awesome. I loved Fusion Reborn, and Toriyama didn't even make it.

I think it's kind of a waste to use a new state in a one-off movie. Maybe if they were to have another series to "reboot" GT. But honestly, it would just cause so much confusion with what is, and is not cannon.

Basically, yeah. A new virtual reality MMO gets released and everyone who signs in gets trapped in there permanently until they beat the game and if you die in game you die in real life.

Fuck Frankie Muniz. Nah it's more like a anime RPG.

I'm only 8 episodes in and I'm pretty hooked, I'd recommend at least a gander to most.

Yeah I know of One Piece and this is also a bit of a problem for me, I've avoided it for a while now due to time restraints, any chance you could give me a guide for the filler I can skip? If not I'll attempt to find one online, if I can't though I'm not even going to attempt to get started on it when I won't finish it.
