I think if I were to make a list of the biggest names in ECW history, or a list of the most accomplished, Mick Foley would be around the top. Orton has a victory over Foley, clean one too; well, clean for a Hardcore match.

Realistically, I think It'll be close cause the idiots voting will rule out those voting based off knowing what/who Vader and Andre were/are and what they've accomplished.

I can argue Orton past Vader. Vader's a destroyer but gets limited mileage against HUGE names on American soil. If you can't portray Orton as a HUGE name compared to those in early 1990s WCW, you lack imagination.
