It's almost like it's by far the most popular English language wrestling promotion and what the majority of people watch. Feel free to nominate anything else.

I'd put Progress matches and wrestlers on my list but I can practically feel the blank stares already.
 
Can there be a category for most awful or cringy moment? I feel that moments (but not fully angles) like Jon Stewart screwing John Cena and Paige mentioning Charlotte's brother, should come under that. Also, Sheamus making Reigns throw out the weapons from the ring, one at a time.

Sami and Kevin Owens (maybe the contract signing) which is phenomenal. I can't remeber the exact line but it's something about both him and Owens arriving in NXT on the same night. Fucking awesome promo that reaffirmed Sami isn't just a guy who can put on great matches.

Chad Gable and Nia Jax were both trained from scratch in the Performance Center and both debuted this year. Neither of them have really outperformed Kurt Angle but I think they're viable candidates, and certainly moreso than someone who's been a show for coming up three years.

I don't really know who Gable is and I really didn't see anything special about Jax during the one match of hers I've seen. I'm also not trying to argue whether or not she's a rookie, just that with the way the voting is going it makes just as much since to pick her as it does Owens.

My basic ass thought process: Nobody on the main roster stood out so I picked my favorite from NXT. That said, Xavier Woods would probably be a better option now that I've put about 30 more seconds of thought into it. I'm probably wrong there too.

Oh yeah, he was a superstar in Japan. If Dave Meltzer was a baseball writer, Ichiro would have started getting votes for MLB season-end awards in 1995.

I thought so. As it relates to Kevin Owens, if this were WWE ROTY, he's winning by a huge margin. It's not though. Neither should Bayley, to be fair. I should have just left my ballot blank. I'm a low information voter.
 
A look through the nominations pretty much make these 'The WWE Awards: Presented by WrestleZone Forums.' Sting vs. Owens would be a good match-up, but with this crowd KO probably wins by a neck.
 
You know I read through the whole thread and I'm quite shocked there is no mention of one certain possible nominee for a certain category. So I guess I'll just do it myself:
