After watching the Colts/Patriots game, I'm actually convinced that had Marvin Harrison been on the field, the Colts would've won. The first half was the Joseph Addai show, & the Pats couldn't defend it.

That alone proves that assuming these two meet again, in the playoffs, they'll be more prone to wanting to defend the run.. but this time, with Harrison & Wayne (assumably healthy) as well as Clark.. Manning will tear them apart.

Furthermore, I give New England all the credit in the world, they deserve their 9 victories because they've earned them. They fought hard & won, convincingly everytime. So don't take this as me not considering them to be great.. this is just me, seeing them being "human."

Honestly, it pisses me off more that the "N.F.L." has become the "New-England Football League" more than the original term. Its a 32 team sport, just because one team is dominate, doesn't make them the ONLY team playing.

I'll give examples.

Cleveland Browns: This team reminds me of the Carolina Panther's 2003, cinderella team. They keep coming from behind & winning. They won't die, they won't go away, & they're closing in on the division. Granted, until the BEAT the Steelers, they won't be anything worthy.. but I CAN see it happening. However, due to the Pats success.. noone else does.

Minnesota Vikings: Does anyone else realize just how great & unstoppable this team would be, if they simply had a better QB & WR set? Peterson has proven to be next to unstoppable, even against run stopping teams & 8 men in the box! The defense is holding strong, & winning them games. I honestly believe, if they keep their team the way it is.. add a better QB & at least 2 'known/decent' WRs in the offseason, you'll looking at a possible Superbowl contender for next season.

Other teams that're doing pretty good, but getting completely over looked are teams like.. Detriot Lions, Pittsburgh Steelers, Tennessee Titans, (even though they looked remotely bad in their victory over Carolina) New York Giants, Green Bay Packers, Tampa Bay Bucs, & even the New Orleans Saints are coming back.

So while I understand when we look at the Superbowl in Feb.. its highly likely to be either the Colts, or the Pats.. the fact is, there are 30 more teams that have a great shot, with at least ONE of those teams being on the opposite side of the Superbowl field.

Spoken like a true pigskins fan. The Pats had no answer until late in the game. I'm not going to go on a tirade of excuses, I will simply admit the Pats were the better team yesterday even though I can't stand that piece of shit Tom Brady. But he answered the call in the end, but, you cannot help but wonder what would have happened had Indy had all their pieces.

And I am probably not alone here when I think there will be another post seaon meeting between these two teams with hopefully a different outcome. But if the Pats do wind up with a 16-0 record, i can't helop but to think the league will put an asterisk (*) next to their names because of the way they were caught cheating on the sidelines in Week One.

i can't helop but to think the league will put an asterisk (*) next to their names because of the way they were caught cheating on the sidelines in Week One.

do you honestly think the Patriots are the only team to do this? because I would be willing to bet alot of money that almost every team does the same thing, thats why nobody is talking about it is because they all do it too however they all realize that the Patriots shouldn't have been stupid enough to get caught doing it

An easy schedule? Bullshit, there are no easy schedules in the NFL. This season we have faced and will face Dallas, Indianapolis, Pittsburgh, San Diego, Baltimore, and the Giants. All of those teams are among the best in the NFL. That is not an "easy schedule" by any means.

And the only reason we face teams like the Dolphins and Bills more then once is because they're in our division.

I'm sorry everyone but guess what: The Patriots are better then your favorite football team. It's true, they are. They are much better and have won more Super Bowls in the last 7 years then your team has. Get the FUCK over it.

Seriously people, stop your bitching. Its annoying as hell. I'm sorry that the Patriots are so ridiculiously good that they make all of your favorite teams look like Pee Wee players (except for Indy fans) and I'm sorry that you're not as successful as us. But suck it up, act like a man, and get the fuck over it. Do you realize how many fucking years I had to go without a sports title of ANY kind? The Red Sox were losers until 2004, the Patriots were the laughing stock of the NFL until 2001, the Bruins haven't done shit since the 80s and the same goes for the Celtics. And I cheered for all of these teams with a smile, and didn't sit around bitching about how unfair it is because the other team was so good. I got over it.

Do the same.

Patriots will be 16-0. You heard me.

I love your posts dude. You are so right on and like I said a couple days ago, it's New England's turn...The Niners have their 5 super bowls and they had the 80s to dominate every one's asses...Steelers had the 70s, Cowboys had the 90s and likewise, the 2000s belong to the Patriots.

I like Tom Brady. I mean come on, the guy is a stud on and off the field (who wouldn't want all the models this guy gets? and he even had a baby with one of them wow!). He has never acted like a jerk and he has never come off unprofessional and Peyton is the same way. These guys are hated by many and why? because they are that damn good (no pun intended). I respect both of these quarterbacks and if I were to meet them, I would probably shake their hands and say THANKS for always giving us great games as football fans to watch!

Im not that upset about California football teams struggling because our hockey team did just win the Stanley Cup so at least we have had some recent success but yeah soon the California teams will turn it around and the east coast will be running but that time is not now!

Peyton has been the biggest baby since he was drafted, he didnt want to go to indy, and was pointing and blaming everyone but himself in the playoff game against the Steelers in 05. Manning has been a baby and an a** on the football field and in the locker

Now to gloat, the Steelers, especially Ben is having a tremendous game against the second ranked defense in football. Golic and Jaworski just said he is a game manager, apparently he doesnt watch Steeler football. Ben is creating plays with a running game that is non existent right now. hmmm no wonder why he is better than all young QB's in football. Hmmm playmaking, very elusive, and good with the ball. 5 Td passes set his career high.

I will give it to the PATS on Sunday though because Brady put on his superman cape and when people doubted him he pulled through but to me it seems if you blitz the hell out of either Peyton or Brady they panic like a bunch of little babies.

So another great weekend of NFL action. This was actually an awesome weekend for football, even though my Pats were on a Bye so initially I wasn't sure if I was even going to do my usual routine of Lots and Lots of Beer + Football on Sundays. I did though.

Some GREAT games yesterday, I went from watching the Browns-Steelers game (which I watched in its entirety Brian, not the first time I've seen Big Ben in a game, and as usual I thought merely "meh, he's got great potential") to the Cowboys-Giants game and capped off the night with the Colts-Chargers game. All great games, all very close games with the exception of the Boys-Giants game.

I was pissed the Browns didn't beat the Steelers. Simply because I feel like the Browns deserve a friggin' break. Have the Browns ever won anything? Ever? Like, ever? And they had that game in their control for most of the game, they really could of won it. It all came down to that damn field goal that was missed, and I just couldn't help but feel bad for the Browns and Romeo Crennel(sp?).

Giants-Cowboys was the shootout I was expecting it to be, though honestly I thought the Giants would take this one in the mini-upset. They've improved tenfold since Week 1 and I really feel they'll be making the playoffs in the NFC Wildcard.

Colts-Chargers was an AWESOME game. One of the best I've seen in awhile. And holy shit, was it a bad game for Peyton Manning. First off this pissed me off enormously, because Peyton Manning is my Fantasy Football QB. And he had SIX FREAKIN' INTERCEPTIONS! SIX! That game was great stuff though and just as I thought they might, the Chargers got the upset. Phillip Rivers is still crap though and I fail to see the reason for his hype.

So guys, what'd you think of Week 10 of NFL action? Excited for the 49ers-Seahawks game? (rofl, I don't think anyone besides Hawks & Niners fans will be watching this snooze fest).

Ben is the reason why the Steelers won, he is the reason why the Browns played so conservative,Ben is the reason that they were brought back in that game, he was the reason why the offense had any right of scoring 31 points. I say the Meh when watching Peyton Manning play, a sub par QB can play with two great receivers a rookie with potential, the third best tight end if the AFC, a solid running game, and a line that has given up like 12 sacks the entire season. Give Manning what Brady had in the past or what Ben has had his entire career and see if he can succeed, that big choke. Now Brian is gonna campaign for the second best QB in football. Ben would be even Better if his line could pass block and his receivers would hold on to the ball.

The Browns didnt deserve to win that game by coming out and throwing and becoming one dimensional right off the back, that's been a no no playing the Steelers, and the Browns should no that because they play twice a year.

The Colts didnt deserve too be in that game after 5 interceptions then an interception at the end too make six, that just shows how bad the Chargers are and how bad Rivers actually is.

One bad game does not make a QB Brian. And if you honestly, seriously think that Ben is better then Peyton fucking Manning, then I think all of us here will just put you on the ignore list ahead of time instead of trying to argue with that insane logic.

Peyton is about 2000 times the QB that Ben is.

HUGE FACT.

Yeah because having one of the best lines in football, a great tight end, three good receivers, Manning buckles under pressure, panics and points fingers when he he losses. what is so insane about it, I am gonna argue now that Ben is moving in on number one. Brady, you throw the ball in ten feet of Moss he is gonna catch it. Ben win's with what he has, he makes plays when he needs too even after a bad half, where Manning has always buckled. Ben has average receiving core and a horrible line at pass blocking. extends plays better than anyone, the same record this year, Ben has more Td's and a higher rating

Okay you really did just say that Ben is better then Brady and Manning?

Are you fucking stupid? High? Drunk? What? Because your talking total and utter NONSENSE. There is NO argument you can give me that will even halfway stand up whatsoever.

Peyton didn't blame last nights loss on anybody. How the hell does he buckle under pressure? Did you miss last years AFC Championship game when under ridiculious pressure Peyton had one of the biggest comebacks in playoff history? Did you miss that? Or the Super Bowl they won a week later? How the FUCK is that "buckling under pressure"?

So Ben is better then Peyton because Peyton has a better team is what you're saying? First off, the TE's are about equal in talent, and Peyton's OL has been horrendous and is full of backups and rookies. He has good recievers in Harrison & Wayne, but Harrison has been injured. Seriously, are you really this insane? You have become far too confident about your Steelers and I think when your team gets completely bitch-slapped by New England in a few weeks you'll come back down to earth and start realizing that there really isn't even a point for your team to be fighting for the playoffs in the AFC.

So Ben is better then Brady now too because Brady has Randy Moss? What the fuck, how does that make any sense at all? Maybe you forgot the last 5 years where Brady has routinely been one of the top 2 QBs in the league with one of the worst WR core in Super Bowl-winning history. The best we ever had with Brady before this year was freakin' Deon Branch. That was it.

Unbelievable. Next you're going to tell me that Ben is the best QB of ALL TIME.

Okay you really did just say that Ben is better then Brady and Manning?
nope just compared Ben too Peyton. In a year or two Brady is next

Are you fucking stupid? High? Drunk? What? Because your talking total and utter NONSENSE. There is NO argument you can give me that will even halfway stand up whatsoever.
Are you stupid? How because Ben is that good, Ben has made everything out of Nothing, he carries a team through adversity, he blames everything on himself, the team thrives on his performances, he can beat you in two ways, with his passing and ability.

Peyton didn't blame last nights loss on anybody.
If he didnt have six turnovers they wouldnt have been in that situation to lose that game.
How the hell does he buckle under pressure?

He panics, moves around, looks completely lost, and has no mobility whatsoever

Did you miss last years AFC Championship game when under ridiculious pressure Peyton had one of the biggest comebacks in playoff history? Did you miss that? Or the Super Bowl they won a week later? How the FUCK is that "buckling under pressure"?
Meh, One playoff game and yet they got their despite his playoff performances.
So Ben is better then Peyton because Peyton has a better team is what you're saying?
Ben plays well, thrives with his mediocre Receivers, and thrives with a mediocre offensive line. Lets compare Stats (major ones)
Peyton Manning
Td's 16
INt's 10
Rating 90.8
Completion% 64

Now Ben
Td's 22
Ints 7
Rating 110
completion% 66.
Yeah, Ben isnt more productive, he doesnt have more TD passes, Less Interceptions a higher rating or a better completion percentage? ahaha Ben is having the better more productive season

First off, the TE's are about equal in talent, and Peyton's OL has been horrendous and is full of backups and rookies.
Yeah because tight ends cant be a crucial part in the offense  Yeah Manning has only been sacked 10 times. Holy crap release the lineman. they suck. *Sarcasm*

He has good recievers in Harrison & Wayne, but Harrison has been injured. Seriously, are you really this insane?
Yeah because peyton isnt 0-2 without Harrison  he cant succeed with out his pro bowl receivers.

You have become far too confident about your Steelers and I think when your team gets completely bitch-slapped by New England in a few weeks you'll come back down to earth and start realizing that there really isn't even a point for your team to be fighting for the playoffs in the AFC.
Yeah because Lebeau will be sooo intimidated by Brady and Moss  Yeah because the Steelers defense wont blitz, they wont knock Brady on his ass, they wont come from every side and give Brady the ass whipping of a year. Yeah Lebeau will be sooooo afraid. Yeah and just too think the Steelers can still get a 2 seed in the Playoffs. Yeah they have nothing to be fighting for with a 7-2 record, while the Colts are 7-2. LAWLZ

So Ben is better then Brady now too because Brady has Randy Moss? What the fuck, how does that make any sense at all?
Nope never said that, but whats the big deal when you have three potential pro bowl receivers a solid line, running game and a solid tight end.

Unbelievable. Next you're going to tell me that Ben is the best QB of ALL TIME.
give it time, playing Under the Rooneys anything can happen. Ben is only 25

Hey who saw Rex Grossman yesterday? the man is showing again why Lovie had so much confidence in him. when Griese got hurt and they put him in I said "this could be the moment that rejuvinates his career", and after a solid second half performance leading the Bears to victory I hope he keeps building on that and piles up some wins and potentially leads the Bears to the playoffs and solidifies himself as a solid starting quarterback in the league for years to come.

I cannot express how pissed off and dissapointed about how the 49ers season has gone...and dont u dare say I TOLD U SO XFEAR...most of the experts said that the Niners would win at least 8-9 games and nothing has gone like we thought it would. Frank Gore is having a bad year...Alex Smith sucks....our plays are way toooo dammn predictable. I am going to watch every game wearing my jerseys proudly but I know this season is over for us and I will watch and support everyone else.

I do like the Detoit Lions. They have always been my second team in a way and I hope they make the playoffs at least. The Chargers are in dissaray right now despite the win. The Colts will rip the Chiefs up this weekend. Peyton Manning is pissed. Im very interested to see what happens with the Patriots and Bills. It will be on sunday night football. I hope it is close. I don't care if New England wins as long as it is close.

Take everything you said but replace "49ers" with "JETS". I hear you guy. This is an un-ordinary season imo. I'm a big fantasy football dude and every year they tell you "RB, RB rounds 1 and 2" who'd a thunk that Belliceck(whatever his name is) is out for blood this year and doesn't even need a RB. Manning sunday night throws 6 interceptions? WTF? Gore-beat up. Rudi Johnson-beat up, Alexander-Beat Up, Peterson-Beat Up, Cadillac-Jakked Up!.
this season is for quarterbacks....

Your opinion is obviously biased and bordeline delusional. Ben Roethlisberger is a system quarterback at best. I can't wait until December 9th when it becomes very REAL for Steeler fans, they'll get humiliated against the Patriots. Bill Belichick will mastermind a gameplan that will embarrass Ben Roethlisberger and the Pittsburgh Steelers, let's see how good he is then.

yeah, because he and Peyton aren't each 7-2, and where Ben has more Td's, less int's a higher qb rating, and a higher completion percentage.
Ben Roethlisberger is a system quarterback at best.
Yeah because he wasnt putting up great numbers at Miami of Ohio, yeah he is just a system qb because he averages 217 yds passing a game and is third in the league in touchdowns and 2nd in QB rating. System QB? I think not.

I can't wait until December 9th when it becomes very REAL for Steeler fans, they'll get humiliated against the Patriots.
Yeah, because no one on the Steelers have ever played in a big game . Yeah like the Steelers haven't won a SB with Ben. Ben and the Steelers have played in big game situation after big game situation. Yeah they are gonna be really intimidated going against New England. lawlz

Bill Belichick will mastermind a gameplan that will embarrass Ben Roethlisberger and the Pittsburgh Steelers, let's see how good he is then.
Yeah when he isnt a play maker, yeah he doesnt carry a team on his shoulders, where his team thrives off of his performances. Like Ben doesnt extend plays. Like the Pats old defense will be able to keep him grounded. hahaahah. Just wait and see a real QB at work

ROFLMAO, okay, Brian, now you've officially lost ALL CREDIBILITY. No one here takes you seriously anymore, because you're making a jackass out of yourself.

Ben is having a better season then Peyton Manning. Who's had the better career? Peyton. Better winning record? Peyton. More playoff appearances? Peyton. More outstanding seasons? Peyton. Number of Super Bowl rings? Equal. Ben cannot even hold a candle to Peyton Manning's raw ability.

And I find it hilarious that you aren't even worried about the New England game. Because just so you know ahead of time, the Steelers are losing, probably by a score of around 38-17. New England's "old" defense? The only "old" part of the defense is the linebackers, nothing else, all of our other defensive positions are stacked with YOUNG talent. And I guess beause Bruschi, Vrabel, and Junior Seau are all "old" that means they suck right? Oh wait, nevermind, they've got one of the top 5 Defenses in the NFL. And the BEST offense.

Steelers don't stand even a chance. Ben will be completely humiliated by a REAL football team. For fucks sake, your Steelers could BARELY beat the Browns, and the ONLY reason they won that game was because of a FOUR INCH SHORT FIELD GOAL that would of won the game for the Browns. You can barely beat the Browns. We destroyed the Browns. We will destroy your team. End of story. Get ready to come on here and apologize for acting like such a raging lunatic afterwards.

ROFLMAO, okay, Brian, now you've officially lost ALL CREDIBILITY. No one here takes you seriously anymore, because you're making a jackass out of yourself.
Insulting me? Why because it is true, when a QB brings more to the table than glorified stats. Who manages his team? Who does more for his team than any other player in the NFL?

Ben is having a better season then Peyton Manning. Who's had the better career? Peyton.
Ben is only 25. He had a SB at 23. Peyton is 31 who had his SB at 30

Better winning record? Peyton.
Ben's career winning record in 75% I do not believe Mannings is higher than 75%. Actually Peytons is right around 64%. 75>64.
More playoff appearances? Peyton.
Ben has an 83% playoff win percentage. Peytons is 53%. 83>53.
More outstanding seasons? Peyton.
Yeah, what Ben did as a rookie was unmatched by any other player in NFL history.
Number of Super Bowl rings? Equal.
I know, and when Ben gets two and possibly three, who is the better winner?
Ben cannot even hold a candle to Peyton Manning's raw ability.
Yeah because Peyton never had any pro bowl receivers. He didnt have three receivers that had each like 7 TD's a year. Yeah Peyton never had a pro bowl lineman, or a Pro Bowl Running back, and two solid tight ends at one point in his career.

They wont be able too ocmpete with Willer,Spaeth, Holmes. Just watch when they Steelers have a field day running whle you are sitting at home with your hands down your pants worrying that Ben might be able to accomplish something and carry an offense to new heights.

Yeah because Ben didnt tear up the second rank defense in the Baltimore Ravens. The Browns are a solid football team and they always play the Steelers tough even if they do suck. Just watch when the Steelers go into little ass New England come out and Brady is on the sidelines crying to coach belicheck, dont say i never told you so. It's not like Ben never had any big game success. What did you do to destroy the Browns? Sit at home on your arse, and shove your face with tostitos?

Meh, I left out most of the nonsense/garbage but anyways...

I know, and when Ben gets two and possibly three, who is the better winner?

^^

What a load of shit, How the hell does anyone know Benny is going to get 2 or 3 Super Bowls? That Steelers are quite shitty IMO. They aren't going to be a big time team this year, and with their shitty way of building up an offense. It may be awhile, espeicially with that recieving corp, eek.

Yeah because Peyton never had any pro bowl receivers. He didnt have three receivers that had each like 7 TD's a year. Yeah Peyton never had a pro bowl lineman, or a Pro Bowl Running back, and two solid tight ends at one point in his career.

If I was Xfear, I'd just look past this BS ^^

Isn't that what your suppose to do? Surround your QB with talent. Duh.

They wont be able too ocmpete with Willer,Spaeth, Holmes.

The Patriots can compete with anyone, If they can shut down threats like Owens, Crayton, Witten and Barber then they can shut down anyone because those guys havent been shut down at all besides the New England defense plus Dallas offense is #2 in the league. What a crock of shit, It will be flipside the Steelers will not be able to compete with, Brady, Moss, Welker and Stallworth.

Good Luck getting bashed, It hurts as a fan.

Just watch when they Steelers have a field day running

What? Running straight into the gates of hell?

whle you are sitting at home with your hands down your pants worrying that Ben might be able to accomplish something and carry an offense to new heights.

^^

You'll regret saying this when they play.

Yeah because Ben didnt tear up the second rank defense in the Baltimore Ravens.

What are you on about? Tennesee is the #2 Defense. Followed by the Colts and Pats.

The Browns are a solid football team and they always play the Steelers tough even if they do suck.

Browns? Solid?. Let's take a look at some stats of the Brownies.

Total Defense-32nd. Last in the NFL.

Total Offense-11th. Overall record 5-4, They do not stand a chance at making the playoffs and the defense is garbage.

A very close win over the Browns is nothing to brag about.

Just watch when the Steelers go into little ass New England come out and Brady is on the sidelines crying to coach belicheck,

Crying? As in laughing so hard from Crying? Perhaps the laughing matter would be the overrated AFC North cupcake, they will eat alive.

It's not like Ben never had any big game success.

Not in the past 2 years..

What did you do to destroy the Browns? Sit at home on your arse, and shove your face with tostitos?

Here, Have a tissue. *Hands Brain a e-tissue*

You'll need it in a few weeks.

Meh, I left out most of the nonsense/garbage but anyways...
Yeah because those little numbers dont lie.

Easily, you play under the Rooneys and you have a franchise Qb you are bound to be successful.

If I was Xfear, I'd just look past this BS ^^

Isn't that what your suppose to do? Surround your QB with talent. Duh.
Thats something the Steelers dont have but yet, they compete.

The Patriots can compete with anyone, If they can shut down threats like Owens, Crayton, Witten and Barber then they can shut down anyone because those guys havent been shut down at all besides the New England defense plus Dallas offense is #2 in the league.
Yeah, because when they aren't scared too cut across the middle and with three legit tight ends, and while New England has a slow set of linebackers anything can happen.
What a crock of shit, It will be flipside the Steelers will not be able to compete with, Brady, Moss, Welker and Stallworth.
Yeah because they wqere never able to compete with Johnson, Houshmanzadeh and Chris Henry before henry was suspended.
Good Luck getting bashed, It hurts as a fan.
Just remember when the Steelers win.

What? Running straight into the gates of hell?
Yeah like they give up on their running game. haha. They can run practically against anyone.

You'll regret saying this when they play.
Meh, I live Life with no regrets

What are you on about? Tennesee is the #2 Defense. Followed by the Colts and Pats.
At the time they were number two. They were number two at the time they played.

Browns? Solid?. Let's take a look at some stats of the Brownies.

Total Defense-32nd. Last in the NFL.

Total Offense-11th. Overall record 5-4, They do not stand a chance at making the playoffs and the defense is garbage.

A very close win over the Browns is nothing to brag about.
its a divisional game, and usually divisional games in the conference are played close. But yet a 5-4 record is a large improvement over last year.

Not in the past 2 years..
07 season, they won a suberbowl in 05. Thats two years. duhhh.

Here, Have a tissue. *Hands Brain a e-tissue*
You'll need that for yourself.

You'll need it in a few weeks.
^^^^^^^^

Yeah because those little numbers dont lie.

Overall Abilty- Peyton > CheeseBurger.

Enough said.

Easily, you play under the Rooneys and you have a franchise Qb you are bound to be successful.

Your weren't successful last year, and you won't go anywhere past the 2nd round of the playoffs this year.

Thats something the Steelers dont have but yet, they compete.

Stay on the subject, we weren't talking about the Steelers..

Yeah, because when they aren't scared too cut across the middle and with three legit tight ends, and while New England has a slow set of linebackers anything can happen.

If the game is going to be a shootout, The Pats will put up more points, It's simple to understand. That's why the lead the league in PPG and points scored. Even though I still think the D will have no problem with Parker and Cheese but time will tell.

Yeah because they wqere never able to compete with Johnson, Houshmanzadeh and Chris Henry before henry was suspend
ed.

I would look up stats for that, but nothing more than a waste of time. So let me remind you, The Pats have about 5 big time weapons.

1) Moss

2) Welker

3) Stallworth

4) Maroney

5) The man in Charge and the best QB in the NFL by a mile, Tom Brady.

Lolz, Good luck.

Just remember when the Steelers win.

:lmao:

Yeah like they give up on their running game. haha. They can run practically against anyone.

Yeah like NE will give up on their passing game, they can pass against anyone.

New England's rush D is 6th in the league, They prolly won't do a great job but good enough to get the job finished.

Meh, I live Life with no regrets

Well, I'd hope you would regret being a Steelers fan last season..

At the time they were number two. They were number two at the time they played.

No they weren't. New England was. The highest Baltimore had been was 3rd.

its a divisional game, and usually divisional games in the conference are played close.

Excuses, that hasn't the case with New England this year and many others that I don't care to name.

But yet a 5-4 record is a large improvement over last year.

But yet it was against the worst defense in the NFL...

07 season, they won a suberbowl in 05. Thats two years. duhhh.

06- Last year.

07- This year.

2 NFL seasons.

Duh.

You'll need that for yourself.

Oh, When I'm crying tears of joy watching my team go to the Super Bowl in about 3 months?

Poor Brian...everyone is bashing you. This weekend's games look exciting somewhat. I hope the Packers dont let up against Carolina. Im looking forward to Turkey Bowl with Green Bay-Detroit...those two always have a close fun game.

Who wants to see Packers-Patriots Part 2? Remember in 97 when Farve lit up the Patriots.. I know XFear wants to see that. Many people think the Cowboys are the best in the NFC but the Packers look really good. I mean did anyone see them beat down the Vikes 34-0. Their only loss has been at home to the Bears but that means they are undefeated on the road. Wow!

The Niners pretty much suck and thats damn depressing. But o well I will still watch week in and week out that way when they do eventually get better u guys call all remember that Im a true fan. I wish it was the 90s.

This weekend we got some decent games. Giants-Lions I believe Lions will own because their offense needs to rebound after getting stuffed last week and the G-Men are taking their annual nosedive. The Cowboys will beat the Redskins behind Tony Romo and T-O. Their defense will also stuff the Redskins attack. The Pats will continue their undefeated streak but the Bills could actually give them a game to play. The Dolphins will not win this week. The Eagles will keep them winless behind McNabb and the offense. The Niners will finally for the love of f-in Gosh win a game this week at home against the St Louis Rams. Low Scoring affair and the Seahawks will bury the Browns behind a great offense and a stout defense.

Overall Abilty- Peyton > CheeseBurger.

Enough said.
Higher win and playoff winning percentage. Ben enough said.

Your weren't successful last year, and you won't go anywhere past the 2nd round of the playoffs this year.
Yeah you can really predict this year. Thats irrelevant.

Stay on the subject, we weren't talking about the Steelers..
You were talking about talent and Peyton so i pointed out that Ben is successful with less than half the talent.

If the game is going to be a shootout, The Pats will put up more points, It's simple to understand. That's why the lead the league in PPG and points scored. Even though I still think the D will have no problem with Parker and Cheese but time will tell.
Yeah the Steelers cant put up 30 in a game. They have like the fifth best scoring offense in football. at like 28 pts.

Lolz, Good luck.
at the time they were playing the Bengals and their prolific offense they had 4. JOhnson,JOhnson, Tj, and Henry.

Yeah like NE will give up on their passing game, they can pass against anyone.

Yeah because so many passing games are successful in cold weather.
.

Well, I'd hope you would regret being a Steelers fan last season..
That's like regretting too be a romo fan. I hope you all regretted for going for that field goal.

No they weren't. New England was. The highest Baltimore had been was 3rd.
Yes they were at the time they were second in PPG and yds allowed.

Excuses, that hasn't the case with New England this year and many others that I don't care to name.
Yeah because splitting half the wins with the Browns throughout history doesnt prove htey always play the Steelers tight.

06- Last year.

07- This year.

2 NFL seasons.

Duh.
This Season isnt even over, so how are you going to count it? It would be the 06 and 05 season. I never new the NFL season stopped at week 11.
Saying this is a year is ridiculous because the Playoffs havent even started. So how can you play in a big game when the playoffs havent even started yet? Your comment was dumb.

Oh, When I'm crying tears of joy watching my team go to the Super Bowl in about 3 months?
Yeah and watching them lose to whoever they play in the AFC. Probably the Pats, but anything can happen in the AFC.

Poor Brian...everyone is bashing you. This weekend's games look exciting somewhat. I hope the Packers dont let up against Carolina. Im looking forward to Turkey Bowl with Green Bay-Detroit...those two always have a close fun game.

It doesnt matter if they are bashing me because they dont understand the meaning of football, you play to win, and Ben and the Steelers have been doing that better than any QB in the nfl, other than Tom Brady. His career winning percentage is higher, and playoff wining percentage is higher, he is top 3 in passing td's and he is second in QB rating this year, but NO Ben can't compete on the level of Brady, and Manning and even the biggest loser of em all Carson Palmer

*Shrugs*

Well, another exciting weekend in football (except yet another 49ers loss)...I think it is exceptional time to make my postseason predictions at this point and order of finish predictions as well.

AFC
1. New England (16-0)
2. Indianapolis (13-3)
3. Pittsburgh (12-4)
4. San Diego (9-7)
5. Jacksonville (11-5)
6. Tennessee (10-6)

Barely Missing: Cleveland (9-7)

Wildcard Round:
Steelers vs Titans: Steelers Over the Titans in this one. Steel Crew will win opener by a field goal as it will be a very tight defensive affair. Steelers use a lot of energy in this one.

Jaguars vs Chargers: Jags over the Chargers in this one. Just like in the regular season, the Jags will take care of the Chargers and show them that the west still need a lot of work. The Jags set up a date with New England.

Divisional Round:
Jaguars vs Patriots: Pats will kill the Jags by at least 20 points. They have the offense, the defense and the special teams to take out the Jags.

Steelers vs Colts: Steelers will win this on.e The Steelers know how to play good offensive teams and will be a hurdle for the Colts. This will be a tight game with the Steelers winning on the road due to pressure on Manning and key scoring.

AFC Title Game: Pats Over the Steelers; the Steelers will put up a fight but in the end, the Pats will barely edge out the Steelers and send themselves to the Super Bowl.

...in the NFC

1. Dallas Cowboys (14-2)
2. Green Bay Packers (14-2)
3. Seattle Seahawks (10-6)
4. Tampa Bay Bucs (10-6)
5. New York Giants (11-5)
6. Detroit Lions (10-6

Wildcard Round
1. Lions Over the Hawks; Upset! The Lions have lost 2 in a row but I believe that they have enough firepower to get past the Hawks in the first round. The Hawks are not the team they once were even with another division title.

2. Giants Over the Bucs: The G-Men will take one on the road and will set up a date with the Packers. The defense wins this one.

Divisional Round
1. Cowboys Over the Lions; The Lions will claw and fight but the Boys have too much of everything for them/

2. Packers Over the G-Men; the Packers are a strong bunch and will prove it in their battle with the Giants. Plus, they almost never lose at Lambeau in the playoffs.

NFC Title Game: Packers Over the Cowboys; The Packers will overcome Texas Stadium and the Boys to avenge their regular season loss to the Cowboys. farve plays with a heart of gold.

and finally what you have all been waiting for...
.
.
.
.
Super Bowl!
Green Bay Packers hand the New England Patriots their only loss of the year.....how sad would it be for the Pats to go all the way undefeated only to lose to Brett Farve. Farve will retire with a Super Bowl!

What a shocker, Brain hasn't come here since his "amazing" Steelers got their asses kicked by the FUCKING JETS. xD xD xD roflmao.

Oh man its just so funny. I'm sorry Brian, but if Pittsburgh can't even keep up with one of the absolute worst teams in the NFL, you really expect them to even compete in the NE game?

Final score of NE-Pittsburgh game -- NE: 45 PITT: 17. And thats if they're lucky. Sorry to burst your bubble but your CB's and safetys are very suspect. And against the Brady-Moss connection---no. Just no. I'm predicting 3 Moss TDs in that game.

When is this guy going to realize that The Big Cheese really just is not as good as he hopes and dreams and prays for him to be? And that the Super Bowl trophy will be residing in New England this year?
