Turd Ferguson

DA-DA Da Da Da Bah Da Da DADADA
Tonight, the Slammy Awards will be given out, and Dennis Miller is your guest host.

It's like Agamemnon at the crucifixion of Ed Wood.

It's like Vincent Van Gogh swapping baseball cards with Alfonso Ribeiro.

MC Hammer makes Osama bin Laden look like Wilford Brimley.

Before Raw starts, you can have fun with the Dennis Miller Reference Generator (http://wiki.joshuajamesslone.name/tiki-index.php?page=Dennis Miller Reference Generator)

Not sure if I'll be here for the LD or not. I'm not sure I can do a LD that can reach the epicness that was the TLCLD last night. I'll def be watching Raw though. And here are my Slammy predictions

Tag Team: JeriShow
OMG: HBK sweetchins little girl
Guest Host: Where the eff is Ventura??? I'll go Shaq
Shocker: Punk retires Hardy
Breakthrough: Sheamus (why ain't Miz nominated, though he wouldn't win)
Extreme: Hardy off the ladder onto Punk
Diva: Maryse, though Mickie or McCool will probably win
Match: Taker/HBK
Superstar: Punk or Orton

With the full Slammy nominations list out, here are my picks out of the WWE Universe’s choices.

• Tag-Team of the Year: Chris Jericho & Big Show (Jeri-Show)
• "Oh My!" Moment of the Year: Michael Cole throws up on Chris Jericho at SD party (Decade of SD special)
• RAW Guest Host of the Year: Shaquille O'Neal (NBA star)
• Most Shocking Moment of the Year: Randy Orton DDTs Stephanie in front of HHH and kisses her
• Breakout Star of the Year: Sheamus (only because the rest of the list wasn’t impressive enough in 09, and because of the results of TLC. Breaking out is one thing, but breaking out and winning the number 1, most coveted, top prize in the business is a whole new level.
• Extreme Moment of the Year: Jeff Hardy dives off 20-foot ladder onto CM Punk at SummerSlam
• WWE Diva of the Year: Melina (not only did she win both Women’s and Divas Title this year, but she also held the Titles the most in 2009.)
• Match of the Year: HBK vs. Undertaker (WrestleMania 25)
• Superstar of the Year: Randy Orton (only because Jericho is not on the list and in 2009 Orton was holding the WWE Title and the Main Event spot the most this year.

Does anyone think we're going to see Cena, Orton, Taker and Punk in some kind of Tag Team match at the Slammys?? Maybe a “Raw vs. Smackdown” or “Face vs. Heel” Tag Team Main Event?? Better yet, Cena and Punk vs. Taker and Orton, just to switch it up a bit.

WWE.com has announced that the winner of the Slammy Award for "Superstar of the Year" will be determined via a tournament that will feature all four nominees. The matches taking place tonight on Raw will be as follows:

The Undertaker vs Randy Orton

John Cena vs CM Punk

The winners of those two matches will face each other later in the night on Raw to determine who wins the "Superstar of the Year" Slammy.

I like the idea of having the Superstar of the Year (the World Title of Slammies) determined in the ring is a good idea, not to mention it gives us reason for seeing Taker/Orton and Punk/Cena again.

Maybe they can have Orton win the award, and somehow finagle his way into a Title Match.

Kofi screwing Orton, Sheamus screwing Cena, resulting in Taker/Punk for Superstar of the Year and World Title would be pretty kickass.

Is House new this week? I didn't think it was.

For thos with taste similar to my own, Punk-Cena 2 is on. Tonight. Be ready.

Man, they wouldn't give Cena vs. the Undertaker away for free would they with no advertising. I'd be fucking glued if this match happens.

Does RAW start in around 25 minutes? I've lost track with the clocks going back, the US catching up at some point and RAW being 3 hours long tonight.

Oh shit, Raw is 3 hours long tonight? Nice, now I don't have to find ways to kill time for the next hour.

and with the tournament to determine Superstar of the year, we get to see Cena/Punk 2, and Taker/Orton 91234 (first time in a while, though). Both matches will probably happen in the first hour, as the winners will Main event for the Slammy.

This is a good way to follow an awesome PPV, and build Momentum for 1/4

I almost forgot. 3 hour show, all 3 brands, all 6 commentators maybe, which means Matt Striker, the best commentator in WWE right now might be on.

AND BYRON SAXTON! :sarcasm:

Nietzsche would approve of you telling him to suck it. Assuming no-one told you to do it.

Anyway, predictions for tonight? Supposedly the Rumble build won't start until January so I guess we're left sorting out the aftermath of last night, which means Cena Vs Sheamus Pt 2, DX Vs Jerishow Pt 2 and maybe maybe maybe the restart of Ted Dibiase's face push. Aside from that, I see a lot of painful comedy sketches and wasting of time on the slammies. I would have much preferred King Of The Ring if I'm honest.

Haha just saw a spoiler post about tonight. Suddenly I'm happier

Jerishow is still in the RAW open. Either they haven't made a new open, or Jerishow isn't breaking up and Jericho isn't going to leave RAW.

And here we go!

Tonight's show looks good. Think I may record it. I really hope Punk wins the mini-tournament, he deserves it more than Cena does. The guy went from okay midcarder to credible maineventer based off of his own hard work in the ring and on the mic. He deserves it.

I fucking HATE Dennis Miller. I used to like him until I watched some of his quote unquote "political commentary" which is a fucking joke. The man has the politics of Rush Limbaugh mixed with Dick Cheney. He's funny atleast though.

Lol no one in the crowd is getting Miller's jokes at all. Fucking morons.

For someone like me it's hilarious. For 99% of the crowd, they're bored out of their minds. Oh yeah FTS is there too.
