08/11/14 Raw LD - Happy birthday, brother!

Because there couldn't be anyone else on the card that I'm forking over $$$ to see? That's another failed logic. Besides, I enjoy watching Cena in action. I just don't think his character is interesting for anyone above a middle school education. Obviously I'm wrong because many of you have pretty good grammar and punctuation.

I certainly don't hate the guy, but still, that promo wasn't amazing.

LOL with the "I" logic. As if you by yourself represent the entire fanbase. You pay money to see someone else? Great. But apparently no one else does. Because if they did Cena wouldn't have been the top star in the company for the better part of a decade.

Miz is certainly better than that half-assed face character they tried. The funny thing is, his main event heel run showed he could be a great face. They just booked him horrendously.

Not at all. I'm commenting on the "quality" of your posts. Nice try.

That can't be right...my posts were of exceptional quality.

Heaven forbid it's because we like him. Or wait, it's still 2007, only kids and women like Cena (I forgot).

Oh, go ahead and enjoy him all you want. All of the "10/10" posts, though, was what was humorously over the line.

Slater has better attire than he did in 3MB.

Hopefully Adam Rose doesn't make an appearance.
If he did and I missed it then I'm happy about that.

You better be a black woman, going around calling people "child"...

Um...what? Wow, Smark Madden was right. You are on par with Milenko.

Speaking of the Miz's wife, WWE needs to bring her back. I miss Maryse.

DUUUUUUUUDE

Picking up the pieces of my brain because shit, I got nothing for this.

It wasn't the promo that I was talking about. Whether it's an easy pop or not, how do those at the show who loathe Cena feel about getting played on his terms? Despite what many may think, not just anyone can go out there and get the crowd to do what they want them to do night in and night out. That even after all this time, they still fall in line just the way Cena and WWE want them to. Much like how WWE got those CM Punk chats to taper off by getting them to shift to Bryan instead.

I'm not denying he was an atrocious face character when they tried. That was really bad. It's just that this particular heel character is pretty awful too. He's really good at being a rather generic ********. He's like the bro's bro. Just let him be that. No need to add layers to it.

Huh? I can obviously only speak for myself, as my quoted comment was directed at 'me' and 'my' spending habits. I won't claim to speak for anyone else. What I can't understand, though, is any widespread rational that when someone buys a PPV, and if John Cena is on the card, then they must be paying to see him. That...that just doesn't make sense. Only someone totally obsessed with Cena would feel that way. He isn't the top star because everyone who buys a PPV wants to see him.

Justin Roberts should be a budget cut.
I'm sure they can find somebody better for a lower rate.
Not that I think Justin Roberts makes a ton of money.
