08/11/14 Raw LD - Happy birthday, brother!

Refreshing to know that finally after close to a year since I restarted watching WWE, basically ALL the matches at SummerSlam have some sort of story/rivalry behind them.

Hey! Don't completely deflate my balloon. I'll still mark out for my favorites with the rest of them.

Your balloon that you think you are too cool for wrestling now and the only way you can enjoy it is to put down what others like about it?

And all are 1 on 1 matches too. Probably why they needed that lumberjack stipulation for Ambrose/Rollins to give everyone some air time.

Just as much as we enjoy putting up what others hate about it.

This made more sense in my head. Yay, commercial, smoke break over.

Huh? I can obviously only speak for myself, as my quoted comment was directed at 'me' and 'my' spending habits. I won't claim to speak for anyone else. What I can't understand, though, is any widespread rational that when someone buys a PPV, and if John Cena is on the card, then they must be paying to see him. That...that just doesn't make sense. Only someone totally obsessed with Cena would feel that way. He isn't the top star because everyone who buys a PPV wants to see him.

Shit, he's the only reason I pay.

Oh man, now, you wanna talk about stale and boring...

Randy is so stale he makes Hogan seem trendy. He could probably use a few months off to recharge the batteries and let the crowd not see him for a while. Let him be off from Sunday till the Rumble or something. People would be into it when he came back.

Seems like what I always do with my younger cousins in the past.

But the majority of people actually do this. While it is true that WWE is a drawing brand, and Cena really isn't that big of a mega draw in the old school mentality of what a "draw" actually is, the fact remains that WWE has continued to promote Cena over everyone else in the company. And for reasons being that he does, in fact, make the company more money than anyone else. Especially now since the two closest stars to his drawing power, Punk and Bryan, are gone.

I'm not here to appease you or get you to like me..it's a forum. I have nothing against you anyway. But if you have something against me it doesn't bother me

Enough to comment on it, at least.

For reals, the only thing that makes me want to move across the ocean more than women with British accents is British commercials.

Like, honestly, I'm not even joking.

Just so much more positive and pleasant and fun. So much less bullshit.

Didn't work for Sheamus.

Um...what? Wow, Smark Madden was right. You are on par with Milenko.

"Child" was a term often used by black women. "Damn, child..." with the word "child" drawn out. I apologize if you didn't get that 70's pop culture reference.

Smark Madden? Oh yeah, the guy who is POSITIVE that the the ADR firing was a work.

A real fucking genius.

ADR is scheduled for a show in Mexico this Sunday. The guy was legit fired from the WWE. It's obvious to anyone who doesn't have fantasies of thinking they "know" what other's don't.
