I'll admit...I cant stand womens/ladies/divas wrestling...whatever you want to call it. I also cant get into womens MMA.

However, this Stephanie/Brie story had caught my attention. Both have done an amazing job of building this up. When I tune into Raw Im not expecting an oscar performance by anybody. Tonight was icing on the cake...hopefully their match at summerslam culminates in a HHH/Bryan brawl. The fact that both women are using their husbands finishing moves only makes it that much better.

Now if the roles changed and Brie was played by AJ Lee ... I bet you this SAME storyline would be 100% more entertaining.

Brie has never been a solid babyface, she is the wrong person for this role..

It's a fair point. Brie does struggle on the mic but she represents Bryan. Obviously it sucks losing Bryan when they did so they're using Brie to keep him relevant. It would be cool if AJ was in the angle representing Punk but for that to work Punk would have to be, you know, actually working for WWE.

Forgive me for being among the two or three people to say something positive about the angle while everyone else drives into the ground their dislike for it.



The live crowd has liked the story in every town. What is the positive end game in Ambrose vs. Rollins or Reigns vs. Orton? We'll see what the payoff is at SummerSlam.

For the record, my beef isn't the actual angle. It's the amount of time it's getting while the angles with people with any sort of actual potential/skill are getting the shit-end of the stick.
