Santino Marella the Italian dream, it doesnt matter that hes not been on RAW for long, he's the best around, look at what he did for beth, the guy is just that good he doesnt have to have championships.

Of the superstars of this decade, and I mean thosewho aren't married to the boss's daughter, I have to choose John Cena as the The WWE Superstar of the Decade.
Just look at the stats:
3x WWE Champion
3x US Champion
1x World Tag Team Champion (w/ HBK)

2008 Royal Rumble Winner

4-1 Record @ WrestleMania (4-0 in Singles Matches)

WWE Champion for combined 793 days (5th most in History)
Longer than SCSA 6 WWE Title reigns and, as of posting, the 14 COMBINED WWE Title reigns of The Rock AND Triple H.

His 3rd WWE title reign of 380 days was the 6th longest in WWE History, longest in 19 years, and the longest individual reign of any superstar whose career began after 1980.

Star of most successful WWE Film (The Marine)

His accomplishments in such a short period of time (he debuted in 2002) are second to none. This has all come without having to be part of the "family" to earn your spot. Cena has done it all and beaten every top guy in WWE today. John Cena should be the obvious choice for WWE Superstar of the Decade.

Edge gets my pick. He debuted in the late 90's and through out the 2000's he has risen to the top of WWE. He actually worked his way up there from Tag Team division to mid-card to main event. No one has more combined title reigns than Edge.

Why is everyone so high on Edge? He wouldn't be anything if not for his feud with Cena. Cena was the device that elevated Edge to Main Event status. Cena is WWE Superstar of the Decade.

I would have to say, The Undertaker.

This one is pretty clear in my mind.

Edge has worked his way up throughout the decade to become one of the most hated heels in the company. The guy hasn't been given Cena or Triple H style runs with the world championship, but has still held a title for a total 847days in the last 8 years, in additon to winning a King of The Ring and Money in the Bank. And if you keep in mind his year long neck injury, that's pretty impressive.

Cena is a close second because of his ultimate face run and his ability to pull decent main events out of almost everybody on the roster. Despite his weakness in a few areas, he's still the most entertaining face on the roster and usually pours his heart into his work.

The most I can give Triple H in an honourable mention. Sure he's has had a plethora of world title wins, but he really only worked for the first year and a half of this decade. Since then he's just coasted by on name power, sub-par gimmick matches, and being married to the bosses daughter.

He may have his haters, but it is Triple H, end of story. Suck it up and admit it.

Cena was only in the WWE for six years, not ten, he has accomplished plenty, but nowhere near Trips.

Taker would be a worthy mention, but he has probably taken more time off than anybody in the last ten years.

Jerry the King Lawler has over a hundred actually.

My vote goes to HHH. Consistently been solid in his matches. Been on top for the whole decade so far, and has put over Cena, Batista, etc.

Why is everyone so high on Hogan? He wouldn't be anything if not for his feud with The Iron Sheik. The Iron Sheik was the device that elevated Hogan to Main Event status. The Iron Sheik is WWE Superstar of the 80s.

How did Sheik elevate Hogan?

I was trying to make the point that edge was stuck on the upper-mid card before his program with Cena in 2006. Sure, he had already established himself with multiple IC and TT title reigns but he lacked that World Title run. The Edge we see today on SD! would not exist if it wasn't for his feud with Cena.

I think Ive got to agree with Legend Killa.

Kurt Angle is the best. I mean think about his first year in WWE. Won every major belt... and the King of the Ring, when it really meant somethin. No offense to Booker. Huge offense to William Regal.
Then the next year, he plays a huge role in the WWE's victory over the "Invasion".
The next couple years he holds some of the greatest Wrestlemania matches ever seen, especially Angle vs. Lesnar and Angle vs. HBK.
The next year hes one of only two decent people originally drafted to WWECW.
Then he jumps to TNA and has been the key player there ever since, despite Samoa Joke holdin the belt.

Just So Ya Know...
I didnt say guys like HBK, Undertaker, Sting, HHH, Ric Flair, Jericho, Steve Austin, etc. because these guys were established before 2000; and would just about be considerable for best of every decade they were in before this one.
People like Edge, RKO, Hardyz, AJ Styles, Christian, RVD etc. Though great and definitely will be HOFers. Still arent as awesome as Angle IMO.
People like Morrison, Mr. Kennedy, CM Punk, TBK, Bourne, Kofi etc. are amazing superstars but, with the exception of Punk, havent been givin a real chance to prove their greatness... with CM Punk Idk why but it just seems like even as champ they are downgrading him so much its not funny.
Guys like SUPER CENA, Samoa Joke, or Boretista... just plain suck IMO. Argue amongst yourselves about that one.
