Moving the Russia game back is a bit odd. You'd think given the timezones it'd be Belgium last instead of Russia kicking off at 2am+ local time. Even worse for Korea

Actually quite good for South Korea natives 7am has got to be preferable to 1am or 4am kickoffs. It'll be bad for some part of Russia no matter what time the kickoff is (from 7pm to 3am for the early kickoff, 10pm to 6am for the Brazil game and 1am to 9am for the late match).
