With the hours counting down to the debut on TNA IMPACT Wrestling on
Destination America, a series of closed door meetings took place today
with the top executives. These meetings included TNA President Dixie
Carter, Executive Vice President John Gaburick, as well as members of
the TNA Board of Directors. While the agenda of this meeting was not
made public, one thing was announced to IMPACTWrestling.com.

TNA Executive Director Kurt Angle will be making a major announcement
this coming Wednesday at 9/8c LIVE on Destination America!

Roode vs. Lashley III — TONIGHT!

Wednesday, LIVE on Destination America, Roode vs. Lashley III will
complete the trilogy of MOTY candidates that began last year in NYC.
This time, entering with the TNA World Title, is Bobby Roode. One of
the most decorated performers in TNA history, Roode holds the record
for the longest World Title reign in company history!

Lashley, on the other hand, was a class above this year. It seemed
that he was unstoppable; each iconic superstar who faced The Destroyer
got... well... destroyed. Not only was Lashley wrecking opponents in
the six-sided ring, but also in the cage as a world-class Heavyweight
MMA fighter for Bellator. Being a dominant champion and still finding
time to compete in a completely different sport is a tough task, but
Lashley made it look easy.

So far, the feud between these two world class athletes stands at one
win each. Who will leave the Manhattan Center this Wednesday night with
gold? Sound off on Twitter below and make sure you use #RoodeVsLashleyIII

If I stay awake.

I'm pretty sure I'll like TNA much more when it isn't the #2 struggling to compete with WWE. They've a lot of competition for the "best of the rest" spot now, which might light a fire under them.

TNA on Destination America, Lucha Underground on El Rey Network. Does anyone actually have these fucking channels?

Confirmation that Kurt is returning to the ring, TONIGHT!!!

I have Destination America as well, and I'm losing my mind with impatience waiting for this to start.

Yes. I do. DA, that is. No idea about El Rey. Don't watch LU.

No spoilers, dude.

This is an LD, not the Bar Room.

Also, watching some of the Best Of stuff again leading up to the debut, man, I'm glad they're moving on from Tenay. He was really mailing it in for some of the biggest moments this past year. Hardy (Jeff) putting Bully through two tables in NYC and his call was like it was a leg drop in the middle of the ring. :disappointed:

Can't say that start was very encouraging. You can see the production stepbacks Meltzer was talking about, its not as well lit as it used to be. And a lot of empty seats, especially throughout that brawl, seeing some pictures on Twitter. Other than all that, I'm still going to give this a shake.
