I'd book Big Show to win the WHC at the Chamber and for Jericho to win the Chamber match.
On Raw, Jericho will come out and talk about how he's going to WrestleMania as the number one contender for the second-straight year ... how this year will be different ... yada yada yada ... Dolph Ziggler will interrupt the promo. Ziggler will remind Jericho that he shouldn't even be in the WWE anymore, much less be headlining WrestleMania 29. No, it should be Dolph headlining WrestleMania. The two will go nose-to-nose, and Jericho will point to the briefcase, reminding Ziggler that if he wants in the match, he has the means to make it a triple threat.
Ziggler won't take the bait. He'll remind Jericho that there are 6 weeks between now and WrestleMania for him to take the title from The Big Show. At that point, Big Show will come out and "wish" Dolph luck in taking the belt from him.
For the next several weeks, Dolph will STALK the Big Show. He'll have Big E attack Show before matches, during matches, after matches, backstage, etc ... he'll do whatever he can to incapacitate the Big Show to the point where he can easily pin him and win the belt. But he'll be unsuccessful every time.
As Mania nears, Jericho will taunt Dolph, reminding him that he doesn't have a match yet, and that if he doesn't win the belt soon, then he's going to be left off the card. This will only increase Dolph's focus on cashing in his MITB contract prior to the show.
This whole storyline will come to a head two weeks before 'Mania when Booker T will come out and say that the board of directors are nervous about the possibility of changing the WHC match two weeks prior to WrestleMania, and as a result, they're putting a hold on all WHC Title matches. Therefore, The Big Show can NOT put his title on the line in any match between now and 'Mania. An irate Ziggler screams that this isn't fair ... that his contract calls for a WHC match anytime he wants ... but Booker T will remain steadfast in his proclamation. At that point, upset that he'd be left off the WrestleMania card otherwise, Ziggler says he will cash in his briefcase and headline WrestleMania in a triple threat match with the Big Show and Chris Jericho.
If Jericho and Ziggler compete for the title at Mania, where does that leave Del Rio? Who would he face and what would be the story behind their feud?
That leaves Del Rio ready to start a feud with Jack Swagger - and here's how you do it ...
Alberto Del Rio cuts a promo during the EC ppv, talking about how he's going to defeat the Big Show and go to WrestleMania ... Jack Swagger and Zeb interrupt the promo, and in a continuation of his anti-immigration promo on Monday, Zeb tells Del Rio that he's a disgrace to the title - but that he hopes Del Rio retains so that Swagger can take the strap from him at 'Mania.
After Swagger loses in the chamber, they show him backstage, frustrated over the loss. Del Rio walks by and delivers a glancing insult about how Swagger won't be taking the title from Del Rio after all. Swagger and Zeb later interfere in the WHC match, costing Del Rio the title.
On Monday, Zeb and Swagger call out Vicky Guerrero. They then continue their anti-immigrant promo, and demand that their Mexican boss gives Jack Swagger a match at WrestleMania. Del Rio cuts off the promo and says all they had to do was ask.
For the next several weeks, Zeb and Swagger make ADR's life miserable - they ruin in his cars, they insult his heritage, perhaps they even get Ricardo "deported." Needing a new manager, and a new car, Vicky offers her services ... and at WrestleMania, Del Rio drives Eddie Guerrero's low rider to the ring with Vicky in the passenger seat.
