What Will Happen to The Miz?

He ain't coming back to Raw, I could see him going back to ECW to help boost the roster there. He could have a really good feud with Christian or Dreamer, more than likely Christian as I'm sure he'll retain at SS. I'm pretty positive he'll go the ECW, it's where he is needed more.

However Smackdown wouldn't be bad for him either, he turned on Morrison rigth after the draft, then never really got any sort of feud with him out of it, so maybe if he ends up in Smackdown he will rekindle his blossoming feud with Morrison. Morrison will no doubt be the person who will benifit most from this feud as it will settle what we already know, Morrison is better than The Miz. However it'll give The Miz more credibility as a heel and open for more mid-card feuds on Smackdown.

However I still say it's on the ECW for him, where he will be pushed to the main event on that show and likely end up with a ECW Championship reign or two at some point as well. It's The Miz, he is awesome and he'll be fine.

See I would say move him to Smackdown and feud him with Morrison so Morrison could get on the Summerslam card. But since Miz is banned from Summerslam that won't happen. One of the next couple of Raw hosts probably the night after Summerslam will reinstate him. I just don't see how a move to Smackdown or ECW benefits Miz at all.

The way I figure, with the predictability we've grown to know and loathe from the WWE writers, The Miz has two likely paths for him.

1. He finds a loophole to return to RAW, be it interfering in Cenas match at SS, which leads to a guest host reinstating him so Cena can take his revenge; or an outside source wants him back. Perhaps Orton loses the title and brings Miz back as a recruit to take Cena down?

2. He returns to Smackdown, and wreaks havoc on the middle card. SD! is a very wrestling oriented show, but with Jericho as the only true mic star now that Edge is out, they could use Miz's big mouth as a way to bring in a fresh feud. I do hope he doesn't go into a program with Morrison. Miz is fun to watch in the ring but he doesn't have the pure talent that Morrison has shown since his singles career began.

All in all, I think number 2 is more likely. But number 1 would be a nice twist of fate, especially if Orton does lose and bring Miz in as another lackey.

I think knowing the WWE they'll probibly send him over to ECW to live out the end of his contract. Which i sencirely hope not. I think he could make a fantastic edition the growing Smackdown mid card. SDs midcard has been growing as of late and think of the feuds we would get to see. Morrison miz, Mysterio, Ziggler, Punk,it would be a mistake to send him over to ECW.

Through is they send him to ECW he could be a valuble edition to them to. He was inexperianced in what it took to aomplish something in this industry where as now he has the chance to show of all his skills he learned in his rivalry with Cena.(in which he was not buired). He has had a seris of matches with the top face in the company and Vinces golden boy and to be getting that much credibility you have to be doing something right.

So i hope the Miz goes to Smackdown to do some of the feuds or acheviments that i have mentioned but its looking like its going to be ECW sadly. Real shame.

So what do you guys think about Miz's return to RAW? Honestly I'm happy as hell because I never wanted Miz to leave RAW in the first place. I think the way WWE did it was pretty funny, maybe I was a little naive but I didn't see it coming. I'm also glad Eugene didn't get it, this match alone was enough of him for me. Hopefully Miz will stick around on RAW and actually get some air time; if he does, the future could look good for him.

I really don't understand what the hell WWE is doing with The Miz here. I like the guy quite a bit, but he isn't needed on Raw. Raw is already one big clusterfuck of stars as it is, a guy like The Miz could be used so much better over on Smackdown, where they have almost no main eventers left. Last week was the perfect excuse for the WWE to move Miz over to Smackdown without doing yet another draft/trade, and they just ruined it tonight.

Seriously, why isn't the Miz on Smackdown right now? I simply don't understand it.

I am not going to lie, this was the first time in quite a long while that I was surprised by something creative did, especially on Raw. I am not that big of a Miz fan but the way they brought him back was pretty damn cool. For the sake of Raw I hope he stays on there for quite a long while and actually gets a good push. He is dynamite on the stick and if he can become better in the ring then watch out!!!

It was a nice nod to the old days of guys who left coming back behind masks... but done quick enough before it became hokey... Miz will have momentum now and will be hated in Canada forever lol... more to the point, it sets up a rematch for Summerslam with Eugene...

He would have been better moving, but it was creative for a change, I just hope they do something with him this time. We still know he won't be in a feud at SS.

I agree that The Miz would make a positive impact on Smackdown, and he would soon find himself near the main event scene in due time. I'm just stubborn about Miz making it big on RAW. I really want him to be regarded as a serious main eventer on RAW, but if it doesn't happen soon, then yes, I want him on Smackdown.

He'll feud with Eugene... it will introduce Eugene to the fans again and get Miz over as a heel even more when he goes over at SS.... rematch next week... especially if the ad earlier is any indication... Monk as Host?

I was expecting Calgary Kid to be someone we hadn't seen in a while. Instead we get Miz. I may be in the minority, but I have no problem with what he's doing on Raw. I think that WWE will find some way that Miz weasels himself into a US title match at Summerslam. I think that Raw is doing what they can to make Miz relavent.

It could be worse guys. He could be in a problem with Hornswoggle.

I was really hoping that they would move Miz to Smackdown and start a legitimate feud with John Morrison. Morrison is stuck in the "almost main event" phase and this could have been an awesome way to keep him busy while Hardy and Punk go at it, not to mention it could have elevated the Miz to have a meaningful feud with someone who is highly considered the next big thing on Smackdown.

I gotta say this much, I had really been wondering about the WWE's smarts in tossing The Miz out of Raw. Not that they'd actually do it, but that they'd do it in such a throw-away match as was his lumberjack match (and what a pitiful group of lumberjacks it was I have to say!) Anydangway, it doesn't surprise me that they found a way to get him back in there, and frankly it was a good way to do it. I've only read the results, haven't seen the match yet, but it sounds as if it was a good one.

I also like the fact that they've brought back Eugene. Yeah, okay, he lost the match, but I doubt very much they'd even bring him back if they didn't intend to use him for more than one match. I could see a feud between him and The Miz being very entertaining. Eugene always works best playing off of people who take themselves too seriously (just consider the stuff between him and Matt Stryker) so this could turn out to be a fairly funny...yet potentially vicious bit of back and forth. I'm looking forward to seeing how it turns out.

All I can say is, Eugene, stay offa the drugs and stay in the WWE. Some of us still enjoy the belly-laughs your antics bring us.

i knew he was gonna take his mask off and reveal himself as somebody, i just didn't know who.. and i wish it wasn't The Miz, he'd be better off on Smackdown like others have said.. but i could care less one way or another, as i can't stand The Miz...

but anyway.. how does Miz get the contract though, didn't "Calgary Kid" win the match? :)

The Miz needs to go to ECW - where he belongs - he needs to get his mic skills and wrestling skills up before he goes to the show.

Hmm just like X I dont get it at all either. Seriously, Miz cant go any further than the upper-midcard on RAW at the moment. RAW has Big Show, Shawn Michaels, Triple H, John Cena, Batista, Randy Orton, Chris Jericho (because he is the Undisputed Tag Champ and appears on/can appear on all shows). Theres simply no room. Where as Smackdown has plenty, Smackdown has CM Punk, Jericho, Big Show, Undertaker, Jeff Hardy (might leave), Edge (injured for a LONG time), and Big Show for the Undisputed Tag title reason thingy. So lets see, Smackdown in a month if 'Taker doesn't return supposedly has 3 MAIN EVENTERS! And if Jericho and Big SHow dont retain it's 2! RAW still will have a huge cluster fuck! It's just not right Miz should be on Smackdown!

as much as i was shocked to see eugune actually on tv again,i was even more shocked that it was miz,and boy am i glad miz is still on raw.what would he have done on smackdown? nothing thats what smackdown and ecw both have full rosters of stars and miz has somthing going on raw,its called heat

by the way how awesome did miz look in tights?

I wasn't shocked that it was the Miz! Hell, as soon as the guy came out, I knew it was him! It's been done before! As far as his future is concerned, if they are going to continue to book him the way they have, his return to Raw is pointless! I know the Raw roster is deep, but they could give him a lengthy run with the US title until some one in creative grows some balls & starts mixes new guys into the main event scene.

Meh. I am ok with Miz staying on Raw, but I will be pissed if they start cutting his tv time. This dude has the potential to be the next great talker in the wrestling industry, and it would be a shame if the potential wasn't realized. He probably would have excelled more on Smackdown, but this could work if they don't fuck it up.

I think that keeping him on Raw was a stupid decision and I don’t see a reason as to why they kept him there. He isn’t going to get anywhere on Raw. They have way too many mid-carders right now and they have 2 mid-card heels, they don’t need another one. He just isn’t going to move up on that brand because he isn’t the one they want to push, that would be Jack Swagger. I think that it would have helped him tremendously long term if they had moved him to Smackdown or ECW. This is just a bad move in my opinion because he isn’t going to get anywhere on Raw. If they want to be a main-eventer sometime in the future then sending him to one of the other brands would have been a good thing for him as it would have helped him develop and he can learn many things from some of the veterans. I’ll just see how things go now that he is staying on Raw but I’m not going to hold my breath.

I think Miz going back to Raw can work because he already has the mic skills! However, after thinking about it I think creative needs to go about it in a slower process. Let him get into a US title feud with Kofi after SummerSlam, don't let him win it right away. Kofi can carry the match because he's that damn good in the ring and it can get Miz some good ring time that he does need. I would say at Hell in a Cell or Bragging Rights, let Miz win the title and then maybe feud with Bourne, MVP, a newly turned Face Ted Jr till around Royal Rumble or Wrestlemania and then the drop the title and if things go well with his heel heat, etc then push him up the card in time for a possible main event match at next years Summerslam. Hopefully by then the WWE would have already switched up the main event a little bit!

I actully was veryyy happy :D and for the return of dx too! but still miz came back!!! but still is he still the miz or is he calgary kid now?

I see where some think keeping him on Raw was stupid but I think the fact they had him banned from Raw not his contract being terminated. Cause he still could had done Raw house shows so I mean he has a Raw Concert still. But I mean the fact that winning something he already has puts him back on TV when he was suppose to be banned from being on Raw(tv). But I mean I'm glad he is on Raw I just find how they did all this was pointless and stupid.

this was funny and i didnt see it coming i reckon no one can say that they saw it coming (fans im talking about) and it was great
