Still TNA makes absolutely no sense...

That's because you don't watch it. It's not a model of consistency by any means, but actually knowing who the characters are would certainly help you to "make sense" of why something happens on the program.

I actually thought it was a pretty good show aside from the obviously terrible fake rape angle.

The assault angle wasn't that bad. It at least justified why Abyssmal & Wolfe are even "feuding" and having a match at Sacrifice, so TNA gets half a point for logic there, though I am deducting the other half because of the fact the logic came after the match was scheduled.

The only thing I didn't really like about the show was the fact there were two women's matches.

Well I didn't like the Rape angle because it was featured far too much for my taste. Kudoos to them adding logic to the Sacrifice stipulation though. I was fully prepared to just go into Sunday still being confused as to why it was a women v ring match.

The ring is still entirely irrelevant, as is the fact that Chelsea and it are up for "sacrifice" seeing as there are quite a few other matches that don't hinge on the gimmick of a wrestler losing something if he/she loses their match, but they still get half a point.
