Indeed, that is true, but it still doesn't change the fact that it makes everything underwhelming. All I got from Heyman just now was him shuffling his promo from last week somewhat and saying it again.
It is obvious they are stalling given the situation with Brock, though, from reading the dirt sheets, I doubt Brock would have been slated to appear this week regardless given his apparent 'booked dates'.
